The filaments are not working good in my ams2pro system its slipping and cant contract the filament. Thst meens. I can trow it away.

Hello, we’re sorry the filament slips and cannot retract on your AMS2 Pro. Please cut off the worn part of the filament and check the PTFE tube. If it still fails, send us a video for troubleshooting.

When navigating to the Buy page, Norton always gives me website blocked. the issue is tiktokevent.madgictracking.com and the your site could be a fake e-store.

Hello, thanks for your feedback. [tiktokevent.madgictracking.com](https://tiktokevent.madgictracking.com) is only a TikTok ad tracking domain, not our payment site. This is a false alert from Norton. We will file an appeal to Norton to fix this warning.
Good quality but room for improvement.
Ordering from Sunlu is always easy. However I'm torn between ordering new rolls versus refills. I would rather order refills so I can reuse the old spools but the refills sometimes cost more than the new rolls.
Also, their shipping / packaging has gotten worse over the last year. My orders are consistently dented, outer packaging ripped, etc. The filament rolls are fine but I'm always worried about the condition of my items when they arrive like that.

The filament spools look great
The filament spools look great. I haven't used any yet since my Bambu Lam H2D is a week old. I cannot only assume they will work great also! Fast shipping in original boxes in another box. We'll packed.

The packaging you ship things in makes damage easy to happen. The last shipment had damaged rolls because of the shipping packaging.

I like that I can see all the product available.
I don't like that:
-it's not great with firefox mobile to add filaments
-you have to buy multiple spools in certain filaments in order to ship

Easy ordering, prettig fast delivery and quality delivered. Only thing that van be better is availability of different filaments and the fact you can’t see wich filaments are possible (unavailable was not visible).
And supportfilament would be very nice when selling ABS or PA.

This was my first purchase from Sunlu but it won’t be my last . Great product , fast delivery and very easy to place the order . I have printed several items with each of the rolls that I purchased and each item turned out perfect .

Package arrived damaged and one spool…
Package arrived damaged and one spool was unusable. Sunlu supports responded to re-spool filament, them only offered a30% discount. If the original issue was the shipping carrier and you offer me a discount in an item that cost you less than $5 to make I would be paying twice for the same item and there is no guarantee it would arrive un damaged. The correct solution is to ship a new one at no cost to customer. I will find a company that has better service and give them my business. Even if the product is Sunlu. I was trying to support them directly but they clearly don’t know how to do customer service.

Great quality, need more refill options
Great product. Sunlu is my favorite filament. Quality is outstanding and ships fairly quickly. I wish they offered all the filaments in refills. I end up with so many reels that get tossed in the trash.
