Great quality, need more refill options
Great product. Sunlu is my favorite filament. Quality is outstanding and ships fairly quickly. I wish they offered all the filaments in refills. I end up with so many reels that get tossed in the trash.

I ordered 2 dry boxes with filament
I ordered 2 dry boxes with filament. Sunlu usually shipped fast and I did get a shipping confirmation the next day with a tracking number. After 6 days I contacted them to check on the package, it was still showing USPS was waiting for the package. I contacted them again asking for an update. All I got was please provide my complete shipping address so they could issue a replacment. Don't order if you need it in a hurry is what i have learned. Good filament when you get it.

Shipping was pretty quick but a spool…
Shipping was pretty quick but a spool arrived damaged. Support told me to just swap it with another spool holder and use it and then haggled with me about a store credit instead of refunding or replacing. After a few back and forth emails they finally gave me a refund,
Not a very good experience, next time just refund if an item is damaged per your terms on your website rather than to back and forth trying to offer less. I don't know if I'll order again from this company.

Disappointed in random bundle of filament
I ordered a random bundle of 10 filaments expecting various colors. I received 6 black and 4 white filaments. What a loss to experience other colors of their brand. I won’t be doing that again.

the product is great, service is lacking
the product is great, if only the customer service was half as good as the filaments. ordered 5 spools direct from sunlu, first time ordering direct after many purchases on amazon of sunlu filaments, one arrived severely damaged and unusable. back and forth with emails. sunlu wanted me to respool it. i refused and asked for replacement. they refused and offered refund, not ideal, but i took it. i will still use sunlu products, but will not order direct again.

The package was delivered 1 mile away of my house. I had to figure it out where it was and go pick it up my self. STOP HIRING THOSE CHEAP CARRIERS.
