Des retards inadmissibles dans la livraison : 14 jours d’attente et toujours aucun colis
J’ai déjà connu des retards de livraison par le passé, mais cette fois-ci, tous les délais ont été largement dépassés.
J’ai passé commande il y a plus de deux semaines, et mon colis n’a toujours pas été livré au point relais.
Ce que je trouve inadmissible, c’est qu’on me demande maintenant d’attendre encore une semaine supplémentaire avant de pouvoir envisager un remboursement.
Je comprends parfaitement que des retards puissent survenir, mais dans une telle situation, on attend normalement une prise d’initiative rapide : soit une réexpédition du produit, soit un remboursement immédiat après deux semaines d’attente injustifiée.
Et pourtant, ce n’est pas le cas. On me demande simplement d’attendre encore…
C’est incroyable. Ce sera la dernière fois que je commande ici!!!

Bezahlung nur mit Klarna möglich. Hilfe angemailt. Mailadresse gibt es nicht. Bei Kundenservice 15 Minuten in der Warteschlange. Erfahrung weitergegeben. Lapidare Antwort: Schicke doch einen Screenshot an den Kundenservice (was ja nicht ging, weil die Mailadresse nicht stimmt). Ganz schlimmes UX Design. Ich gebe auf...noch bevor ich bestellt habe.
Faulty boots no refund given. Do not shop here
I purchased a pair of leather boots from Other Stories for £155 (down form £175 with 10% discount). Within a month the boots had warped and gaped and were totally unwearable not to mention looked terrible. The paper receipt had been thrown after a month of wear, as you’d expect to do when you invest in a quality product, but I had a digital receipt from Amex detailing geolocation, date, value, store and transaction ID. I took the faulty boots to store and asked for a refund. They blatantly refused despite my evident proof of purchase and said I could take the credit note or nothing. I felt cornered into being forced into nothing but the faulty boots so I took the credit note. I’ve now realised you can’t even use the note online, but only in store therefore I can’t even share it with friends. I feel so cheated when I had clear solid proof that I am left with a store credit note of a substantial amount of money for a shop whose products I do not trust and will never buy from again. Terrible customer service and loyalty approach. I strongly recommend not buying from this shop.

Man kann aktuell nur mit „Klarna“ bezahlen, obwohl alle anderen Möglichkeiten, wie Paypal, etc. aufgelistet sind. Egal, wie oft man das versucht, andere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten zu wählen, kommt man immer zu Klarna. Der Kundenservice konnte mir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Das ist bestimmt so gewollt, wenn man bedenkt, dass beide Unternehmen schwedisch sind. Eine Frechheit. Ich habe auf den Kauf verzichtet.
Missing items and refused refund
I ordered 3 items from them. Only 1 was included in the box delivered to me. They refused to send me the missing items or refund me because the system would not allow it. Apparently the weight leaving the warehouse and weighed by evri matched. I’m not sure how this is my problem or why it means I cannot get a refund?! I didn’t receive the items what the parcel weighed when it left the warehouse is irrelevant! I will never purchase another thing from any of the H&M owned stores.

Beställde ett klädesplagg på en söndag och valde PostNord paketbox men upptäckter efter beställningen har gått igenom att leveransalternativet har ändrats till DHL hemleverans. När jag vill avbryta ordern är ända möjligheten att konkta kundtjänst som öppnar kl 8 på måndag. Jag ringer när det öppnar och får till svar att det inte går att ändra leveransalternativ och att beställningen bara kan avbrytas upp till en timma efter den är placerad. När jag frågar hur jag skulle avbrutit beställningen när deras kundtjänst först öppnar dagen efter får jag till svar att det inte går. Mitt råd är att välja ett företag som värnar om sina kunder så något blir fel med beställningen.
Don’t both shopping online - awful delivery
Had a bad experience ordering online - paid for Express Delivery which is 1-2 business days. The order didn’t arrive until a week later. Updates on the UPS website were very frustrating as each day it said it would be delivered that day. Customer service is abysmal, no one ever follows up, just tell you have to wait and there is no possibility to cancel the order and get a refund. Don’t bother shopping online!

J'ai acheté une veste en laine dans leur boutique à Bruxelles et elle est bien taillée, confortable et composée à 80% de laine.
Suite à cette bonne expérience, j'ai commandé sur leur site deux hauts et un pull. De nouveau, très belles pièces, mais un des hauts était trop petit. J'ai suivi la procédure pour le renvoyer, mais je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles de ce renvoi pendant un mois. J'ai donc contacté le service client. La dame qui m'a répondu était très aimable et parlait parfaitement français. Elle a immédiatement effectué le remboursement.
Returns process terrible
Love(d!) the product and used to be my go to. Bought stuff in recent 20% off weekend and needed to return.
Firstly need to do their work on line telling them what I'm returning then the link to return linked to COS (didn't notice till I'd handed over to post office). When I realised was very worried that my returns were lost and therefore no refund ..was very anxious.
To be fair I did get a timely response from customer service though when speaking to them really difficult to get them to understand my issues and give me confidence they were proactively dealing with my issue. Turns out they got the returns, two weeks later (COS part of same group) but all the worry is just not worth ordering online again and given there's so few stores guess I'll be going elsewhere.
Oh and the £3 charge for returns is ridiculous.
Don’t order
Don’t order, terrible delivery times. No order over a week later, no offer of assistance or help. If you want something for a specific date or a special occasion - I wouldn’t order from here!
Geen kundige supportdienst
De customer support reageert erg snel op je vraag, maar er zit niet zo'n kundig team achter de schermen. Ze geven je nogal rare antwoorden zonder verder advies te geven.
Het gaat hier over een product dat ik aankocht in de winkel in Antwerpen dat een productiefout bevat.
Avoid ordering online
Do not use this company for online orders. I used express delivery service. Delivery failed to be delivered on time and I had to pay shipping fees. Despite assurances from ‘customer services’ that these would be refunded, after several phone calls and emails, this refund has not been forthcoming. I am also trying to arrange return of some of the items. The courier they use has failed to communicate. All in all, avoid ordering on line
Sharp practise with discount code
I was just about to place an order online for a fur hat when I noticed a 10% discount if I signed up to emails . So I did so and got a discount code . I was then told it wasn’t applicable when I attempted to apply it . I am stuck with the subscription to e mails though This sharp practise put me on notice, so I went to Trust Pilot to check out this company and am now seeing all these horrendous reviews . Needless to say I won’t be buying the hat . Wake up & Other Stories - if you ever bother to read these reviews that is - your business practices are rubbish and you are loosing customers
Avoid online purchases
Placed and order, which took forever to be dispatched, eventually it arrived but both items didn’t fit, therefore I returned them the same day and have been charged a return fee. I wasn’t aware there were fees for returning. I’ve unsubscribed from newsletters, I won’t ever buy online from them again, much easier to buy from ASOS with next day delivery and free returns.
Great brand
Great brand, love the fact I see real Rockstar wearing the items and when I have a question it's answered quick.
Waited a week for my items but we live in an age of instant gratification.. relax people! Your items are coming
Stop selling online
Denk niet dat ze hun voorraad onder controle hebben. Dit is de 2de x dat ik iets bestel en ofwel krijg ik de melding dat het artikel niet meer op stock is terwijl ik al betaald heb of ze sturen gewoon de verkeerde maat op en als je dan gaat kijken is jouw maat niet meer op voorraad. Get your online shit together @otherstories or else stop online selling!!

Order not delivered or even an explanation given. Eventually a refund was given but with a returns fee, to confirm I never received the order. Appalling.
Terrible Customer Service – Avoid!
I placed an order that never arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was met with unhelpful, scripted responses that did nothing to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to request a refund, I was repeatedly told to ‘wait a little longer’ for a package that clearly wasn’t going to arrive! When I insisted on a resolution, the call was abruptly ended. Customer service is outsourced and completely ineffective, they rely on scripted responses and offer no real solutions. It’s impossible to speak to someone from & Other Stories directly, making the process even more frustrating. This has been a terrible experience, and I won’t be shopping here again.

This is the worst company ever avoid at all cost. I approve are they pretty clothes, but at this point they lost my items 3 times, don’t send me surveys after the calls when I ask them to, etc.
I honestly will never purchase with them again.
