Ãber H&M App bestellt. Zum wiederholten Male ist die RÃŒcksendung nicht angekommen und ich muss nachweisen dass diese angekommen ist. Laut DHL wurde sie zurÃŒckgestellt. Wie kann das sein? Wieso passiert mir das zweimal? Nervig und völlig unnötig das Prozedere. Werde nichts mehr von other stories kaufen.

Delayed delivery and no help from the support team
It's been 12 days since the order was placed. The delivery is stuck at the transport company. I have already contacted support several times, but the answer is the same - wait 14 days after ordering and then write to us again and we will consider a refund. I asked for re-delivery with the discount that is now on the website, but was told this was not possible. Very dissatisfied with the level of service. I do not recommend it at all

Wish Iâd read these reviews before ordering! No delivery after eight days. Tracking showing nothing. Rang âCustomer Servicesâ to chase. Had to ask caller to sort his dog out as I couldnât hear him through the barking. So much for a âpremiumâ brand.

RÌcksendungen, welche ordnungsgemÀà an den Shop rÌckversandt wurden, werden nicht registriert und man fÌhlt sich nicht zustÀndig. Die Sendungsnummer ist dahingehend eindeutig. Leider ein Grund bei diesem Shop nie wieder zu bestellen. Ich wÌrde von Online EinlÀufen hier abraten, es sei denn man ist sich sicher, dass man die Ware nicht zurÌcksenden muss; denn dann darf man um die RÌckzahlung unbegrÌndet streiten.

Ekstrem dårlig kundeservice. Kan ikke returnere i deres fysiske butikker. Ingen mulighed for selv at printe returnlabel via ordrenummer på hjemmeside. Man skal kontakte kundeservice, hvor der sidder meget dårligt engelsk talende personale og meget lang ventetid for at komme igennem. DernÊst mailer de en returnlabel som kan tage flere timer om at blive produceret og sendt afsted, hvilket er underligt når man mange andre steder selv kan printe en via hjemmeside.
Det virker håblÞst oldnordisk eller også er det bevidst calculation for at folk ikke skal returnere deres varer. Samme kÊde som H&M - hvordan kan deres online shop fungere så meget dårligere?!!!!

je viens de recevoir ma commande et ils m ont envoye 1 article en double. il me manque donc un maillot de bain. j appelle le service client de &other stories et l homme odieux qui repond m explique qu il ne peut pas me renvoyer l article manquant et que je dois renvoyer lâ article mis dans le colis par erreur et que si je rajoute des articles que je retourne je devrai payer des frais de retour. trouvant cela tres injuste car c est une erreur de leur parle j argumente et il me dit je vous ai donné notre procédure et il me raccroche au nez avec un air hautain et prétentieux comme jamais. je ne racheterai plus jamais dans cette enseigne

Tried to return an online purchase in the 5th Avenue NYC Store. The manager refused to accept the return claiming she couldn't sell it. I only had the necklace for a week. I put it back on the card after trying it on. I bought 2, inadvertently, and even kept one! The manager refused to take it back. Poor manager. She can't make executive decisions. A drone of fast fashion.

Do not trust this company. Ordered from them. Took weeks to arrive. Had to return one item and they did not refund me. Don't answer anymore. Absolute frauds.

Ordered £319 of goods on 22 April. After waiting a week for delivery, the tracking was updated saying the parcel is being returned to their warehouse.
I contact customer service and they tell me to wait 14 days for the parcel to reach their warehouse and a refund to be processed.
What sort of company thinks itâs reasonable to hold a customerâs money on an order where theyâve breached the contract since they wonât be fulfilling the order?! Iâve pushed back 4 times and they keep spewing the same response expecting me to wait 2 weeks.
The fact that itâs not arrived at their warehouse yet is irrelevant to their contract with me and their obligation to provide a refund, yet theyâre using it as an excuse not to do so. Iâve now opened a PayPal case against them.

Ich hatte am 29.04.2025 um 9:10 einen sehr unzufriedenstellenden Anruf mit dem Kundenservice. Der Mitarbeiter war unhöflich und legte am Ende einfach auf wo ich am reden war. Ich wollte mein Paket stornieren da es nach 10 Tage noch nicht geliefert wurde . Leider erhielt ich keine Hilfe. Der Kundenservice sollte dringend verbessert werden!

Achtung bei Retouren werden Fehler seitens & Other Stories nicht korrigiert.
Mir wurde bei einer RÃŒcksendung von zwei Artikeln ein Artikel nicht gutgeschrieben. Daraufhin schrieb ich den Kundenservice an. Der teilte mir mit, dass letztes Jahr angeblich eine E-Mail verschickt wurde, in der es hieÃe, dass Retouren nachtrÀglich nicht mehr korrigiert werden. Ich bestelle dort nur als Gast und habe die E-Mail natÃŒrlich nicht bekommen.
Die Kundenservice-Mitarbeiterin meinte dann, meine Anfrage wird abgelehnt, ich solle mich nicht mehr melden und beendete das GesprÀch ohne ein Wort.
Traurig, wie unfreundlich man vom Kundenservice behandelt wird, wenn man sein Geld fÌr zurÌckgesendete Ware wieder haben möchte.
Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Hopeless customer care
Hopeless customer care, you cannot contact them and will never order from them again. I was given a return label and the print was so small and badly printed. I wanted to confirm the UK return address in Bedford. The chat box told me where to drop off but could not give me one simple answer. After 20 minutes of stupidity, she said the address was in Tilburg.... If you want to go mad shop with this store on line and try and return. Phone number contacts are unobtainable and customer services refers you to store location. Frustrated, just a little.
Horrific customer service
Horrific customer service. Their return terms and conditions were unclear, they didn't respond to my emails and a month later I called them and have never had such a rude interaction with customer service in my life. They kept trying to insinuate I had done my research and that I was being difficult, after an hour I got passed onto a manager who I believe is called Megan. She had a very aggressive tone with me and said she wasn't going to argue with me, then continued to argue with me. I said she didn't let me finish speaking and she's not hearing me out. She was contradicting herself with what she said and when I pointed that out she got angry and hung up the phone.
Now I can't return my £160 item due to their horrible customer service.
