RDP and my ISP

I had an issue with RDP not working on a network. I was conscious it could be a network issue but couldn't resolve it. The team patiently triple checked the configuration. Since these guys are so good, I knew it had to be my end.

My router was silently blocking the outbound network port despite claiming it was allowing all outbound traffic :-(

Couldn't have got through with Storm's excellent support.

Storminternet excels itself in terms of its sheer efficiency, promptness and reliability of service and personalised customer care. I have been a client for more than a decade and despite attempts to search for a provider that can beat Storminternet, I am yet to find any. Keep up the good work guys!
