first of all i felt a personal touch not some number and a very expert patient staff. I found them very understanding and supportive which is you need as a client.

Excellent services with great UpTime for servers
We moved to storminternet couple of years ago, since then our web sites are up and running without any downtime. Their services and support are excellent.
We never faced any major issue since we are using their services. We would recommend storminternet for their services and support, they are Great. 24X7 support is important for you if you have servers and important web sites. We moved to storminternet especially as they provide 24X7 user friendly support.

Storm looks after everyone - nobody is too small.
Although my website is a tiny local-history site, run by only me, I've stayed with Storm Internet since 2009 because they kindly treat me as though I'm an important major corporation. They always respond quickly, and they have solved everything I've ever asked of them - nothing is too small. I can't praise them enough. They keep their side of things up-to-date that's for sure, such as my site security, updated control panel and more.
