I purchased the keyring with five flags and engraving on each. Apart from the dispatch delay (which did concern me but the emails always got answered) when the keyring and flags arrived they were just what I had seen on the website which was excellent and a fabulous memento to gift. 🎁

I have purchased before from Storyteller and when purchased a package deal, it was received in good order so the recipient was really happy.
Since then I have tried twice to order an individual flag for a special occassion, the latest being my husbands 60th. Both times I paid in good faith and asked for Engraving and both times the flags were never received. Despite emailing several times and being told the item would be resent, nothing has arrived! Not only that but been met with silence when asked for a refund. This is not on.... will never use this firm again.
Totally not acceptable behaviour.

I now have every holiday my daughter has done abroad as a record in flags - each flag engraved with the dates. A great memory bank which she cherishes greatly as we look to add more and more each year.

I travel a lot a these flags are unique way to capture every memory I’ve had travelling. At last count I have over 40 flags and look forward to collecting more in future.

I’ve given a keyring and flags to each of my children on their 18th and given them as a gift to others for a memorable occasion. Each flag is expertly crafted and they have even added a new flag to their list when they have been asked to. I have had a couple of delivery hick ups but Storyteller have always been contactable and the hick ups rectified. Will definitely be adding more flags as and when required.

First bought as a gift for my son. Now I buy him a new flag for every time he travels somewhere new as a Christmas gift. Great way of keep a record of your travels. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for many years now and love the little flags and slowly building up my collection.
The only problem i have is the limited options of countries available. On occasions i have requested certain countries, via instagram, and the response has been that they have been added but it's only when they refresh their system (after having to point out that they are not visable on website).
I have been told they add new countries every month but i don't see any evidence of that.....
I am hoping that there are plenty more little flags to come, especially of the African variety 🙏

Beautiful design. High quality key ring and the tiny flags are adorable! You can engrave them too. A lovely gift for a traveller setting out on their journey. And the fact that you can add to them, is great. Brilliant idea.

Great products of high quality that make lovely gifts. I have bought from Storyteller on occasion and my orders always arrive well packaged. Only issue I have found is with communication. I’d left a contact form on their website but never received a response until I reached out on their Facebook page. Other than that, I’m always happy with my purchases.

Have purchased several of the Keychains and flags. Great quality and detail. Recently purchased a set for each of my children for a Europe vacation. They were excited to add the countries to the key ring as we traveled.

Ordered six flags and a keychain. Was shipped quickly. I am happy with my purchase and will order again after I travel.

The keychains and flags are beautiful and expertly made. They’re constantly updating their inventory, so if you don’t see a flag, it’ll eventually come. Great communication. Been a repeat costumer since 2020.
