STPlumbing are a reliable, trustworthy firm. Being a lady living alone, I know they will assess the job and do what ever is needed, and I will not be ripped off. I have used them for several years now and have recommended them to friends & family. The friendliness isn't just with the plumbers it begins with the office staff answering the phone; always cheerful and helpful.

I have used the services of S T Plumbing & Heating Gas Specialists Ltd. for many years & have always been highly satisfied with their work. The services provided to me have ranged from having a new boiler fitted to a whole new bathroom, as well as regular boiler servicing & solving heating problems, & I can highly recommend them on all counts. All members of staff are friendly, polite, professional & extremely helpful & I hope to use their services for many years to come.

Contact throughout was prompt, friendly and polite.
Our old radiator could not be replaced during first appointment, with the engineer explaining the whys and wherefores clearly. Second appointment promptly arranged, work carried out efficiently, and we now have a warm spare bedroom/office!

What a brilliant job this company did for me! Not only fitting me in a week earlier than my planned service. But the young gentleman who turned up to put my boiler right listened to my tale of woe. And by the time I finished said 'it's fine, I know what's wrong with your boiler!' And in no time had it sorted, along with my service, he was done and dusted with a smile! I really can't thank them enough! And to top it off, they only charged me for the service!! WHAT SERVICE!! See you next year ST Plumbing. And thanks again, it's so nice to be warm! 😉

Highly recommend! I have used ST Plumbing & Heating for a heat exchanger repair, boiler service, radiator flush and control/thermostat upgrade. Each time they provided a clear and concise no obligation quotation. The work they carry out is first class and the engineers are more than happy to explain why and what they are doing. They provide a safe, honest and reliable service.

The Engineer arrived on time, was very helpful and carried out the boiler service and testing with efficiency and no problems.

We phoned ST plumbing about a problem with our shower after being told by other tradesmen things like ‘the whole enclosure may have to come out’, ‘the shower is a cheap one’ ( it isn’t I can assure you) Dan sent someone to quickly assess the problem, sourced the new parts and arrived punctually on the day arranged. The shower was repaired and we couldn’t be more grateful. Won’t hesitate to use ST plumbing in the future.
