Absolutely blown away by my StrapXPro Divers Rubber Strap.

I bought this for my Seiko custom build from Lumeshot New York, one of only 10 pieces made, and the StrapXPro rubber strap has taken the watch to another level. The fit, finish and overall quality are superb, and the clasp is next level.

I’ve owned Seiko rubber straps before, and honestly, the quality of the StrapXPro strap feels better. It looks fantastic on the watch and feels solid, comfortable and well made.

Customer service has also been brilliant, and shipping was fast and hassle-free.

I genuinely can’t say enough good things about StrapXPro. Great product, great quality and great service. I’ll definitely be buying from them again.

Surprisingly amazing customer service!

Ordered the strap, has some minor confusions along the way however customer service, specifically Chloe, was not only responsive but extremely helpful and patient.

I have bought items that cost ALOT more than a watch strap and have been ignored post sales, so this is really quite the pleasant surprise how much StrapX team cares about their customers.

That care translates very well into the product as well! God dam...high quality, easy installation, looks gooooorrrrgeous!

I don't think there's any need to shop elsewhere for straps in the future.

I was a bit skeptical at first about the quality concerns, but now having worn these strap multiple times…I’m sold. The clasp leaves a little to be desired on the aesthetics but is a sold lock up. And the strap is high quality.

Bought the black SPX1C for my Seiko SPB453 and couldn’t be happier. The fit is absolutely spot-on and completely changes the look of the watch. I’ve already had several compliments on the strap.

Le 5 stelle però sono più che meritate per la gestione del mio ordine. Inizialmente, a causa di una leggera differenza dello spessore della cassa tra le versioni del longines hydroconquest, il cinturino non risultava abbinabile. Ho contattato il customer service e mediante foto e video sono riusciti a capire quale fosse il problema. Adesso ho un cinturino perfetto per il mio hydroconquest. Grazie!

I'd like to update my review.
After filing a complaint about not receiving my purchase, I promptly received an email from StrapXPro informing me of the status of my order—which was held up at Brazilian customs—and offering to reship a new product the next day. Now I’ll wait and see if it arrives as promised. Once I receive it, I’ll update my review again.

I am writing about my order ORDER #SXP8004247.
The international shipment tracking number is LK776151322HK.
According to the Brazilian Correios system, this shipment has been linked to my CPF 772.229.624-68 in the “Minhas Importações” system, but the status has remained “Awaiting Arrival in Brazil” since July 31, 2026, with no further update.
I have already contacted Correios through their official telephone and WhatsApp channels. However, their system does not recognize the shipment as an active pending shipment under my CPF, and I am unable to open a formal investigation with Correios.
Please contact the postal operator/carrier you used for this shipment and open a formal investigation (tracing inquiry) to determine the current location of the parcel.
Please also confirm:
1. The exact shipping carrier/operator used;
2. The complete tracking history available to you;
3. Whether there is another/local tracking number associated with LK776151322HK;
4. Whether the parcel was actually handed over to the postal operator for transportation to Brazil;
5. The date and location of the last physical scan of the parcel;
6. Whether the parcel has been received in Brazil or is still outside Brazil.
Since there has been no tracking update since July 31, 2026, I would appreciate your urgent assistance in locating the shipment.
Please don't just provide the same tracking number. I need the carrier to investigate the shipment and confirm its current physical location.

Bought for my Seiko SPB143. The rubber strap is lovely quality, fits perfectly and looks great. I'm really happy with it, much better than the Seiko strap I originally bought.

SBX2B was a great fit for my new Seiko HBC001 and green matched the watch nicely.

I am a huge support of StrapxPro, I have about 10 different straps from them. Their products are very well made, affordable and most of all, they look great on my watches.

Ordered a new strap for my Alpinist, fitted FKM with premium butterfly clasp. I rushed cutting and thought I was ruined. But the Team at StrapXPro were understanding and helped me secure some new rubber.
Quality of the strap, finishing on the clasp, and great customer care. I will be back!

Fantastic quality and price. Just enough strap range to not be overwhelmed by choice. Speedy delivery and I love the packaging. Added removal tool is a big bonus. Highly recommended.

I purchased the upgraded Premium Solid 316L Stainless Steel clasp, and it wasn’t worth the extra cost. The quality still feels low—I'd recommend sticking with the standard clasp.
