I ordered pillows x 2 and pillow case x 1 and paid through PayPal on 2 April 2026. I received an email with a tracking number that doesn’t work. I’ve email x 2 and NO response. I’ll approach PayPal for a refund as this company appears to be dodgy

I gave this company a one star rating previously for their terrible customer service!!
I just received the pillow and the pillow is amazing

Completely dodgy. The URL supplied to Paypal doesnt work. I am going to claim a refund from Paypal. Thank heavens I didnt purchase through a credit card.
No ABN on their website (when you find it)
No space for reviews. This type should not be allowed on the web.

DONT buy through these guys, dodgy and unprofessional not legitimate
Paid 1st Feb still no tracking or dispatched notifications

I ordered 3 of their pillows 14 days ago. I received an order confirmation, including confirmation of payment.

The email contains a link to view order status that does not work and haven't had any response to my email inquiry about the delivery date (12 days max).

There has been no communication from them since the initial transaction.

It's all starting to feel pretty dodgy to me. As it still hasn't been despatched I'm going to try and cancel my order.

“Low-quality product that appears to be drop-shipped from AliExpress. I recommend supporting local sellers instead.”

I ordered 2 medical items that I urgently needed and they were not delivered
When contacting them I was advised to contact the delivery company
This was there job !!! Not mine !
I did contact the delivery company with no response, absolutely ridiculous
Then contacted stress free Australia again and informed them of this , again no response….. obtaining these items has been impossible and I am still in pain
Disgusting communication. Disgusting customer service, I will attempt to get a refund and let’s see how I go and I’m ready to contact department of fair trading, because I still have not had any response and still do not have my items that have been paid for
Definitely not STRESS FREE Australia
Don’t deal with them at any cost !!!!!
