A friend recomended Jamie from STRIVE mortages. He was and is great. Amazing time management wise and nothing was too big an ask. I asked about everything. He was cool and even called me one evening around 7 pm as I could not get hold of him at 5pm. If Aliens turned up on this planet tomorrow. I'd send Jamie in first thinking this will be cool and they probably just want the down low on Estate agents.

As a first time buyer everything to do with mortgages seemed extremely daunting, however Jamie was brilliant at explaining the process to me and helping me understand my options. He was so patient with all my questions and was always fast with his replies either via email, text or a chat over the phone. Really friendly and so professional!

Whilst using him I tested things once in the last couple years by also getting a quote for a mortgage from another very experienced broker and they couldn't get better rates! And in fact they didn't give as good advice as Jamie did (they advised to get 2 Yr fixed when rates are soaring!). Jamie advised 5 Yr fixed which is way better advice/in line with what most landlords are doing now. In fact, in the case of one mortgage he kept coming back during the legal process and saying the rate had gone down, so we secured the lower rate! Utterly delighted.
