Worse company i have ever ordered from took my money never heard from them again dont understand how this website is still functioning

Awful retailer - avoid! Ordered a Stanley cup and still hasn’t arrived a month later… have emailed four times and still not received a reply. An absolute scam and the frauds running this company should be ashamed.

Item never arrived. One response only to multiple messages, they said 'awaiting tracking from royal mail' but a year later the item has not arrived.
They owe me a refund!

I asked a member of shop floor, she turned to a colleague and continued to have a full conversation in a foreign language. As I had no idea what they were saying, I felt this was rude, another customer commited on this.

We ordered a £30 Owala water bottle that arrived broken. No returns details were supplied. I have tried to contact the company multiple times and in multiple ways over a 3 week period but no response has been received. Extremely poor service. Would advise all to avoid wasting your money here.

Ordered a stanley cup in pale pink. This order seemed to take along time as when I tracked it it said on its way. The cup finally turned up it was a fake poor quality my granddaughter would never have been able to open it. We have tried to contact the company to return it but with no avail. Even the straw is fake.
Don't buy from this company I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them my money.

I ordered a bottle on the 3rd of august. Got told it is being shipped on the 26th (baring in mind it was meant to be a present for the 30th august) never came. Contacted Stroid on multiple occasions no response. It’s now 5th October and it’s not come and I’ve not heard anything.

Should have gone to a known retailer.

Issues with delivery. First received the wrong item, then what I ordered, apparently a Stanley Cup nearly 2 months late

Not a Stanley Cup, not in branded box, no logo, cheap counterfeit and not even the colour I ordered

Originally company responded to my initial delivery issues but did not respond to frequent messages requesting a return and refund.

No customer service, my order was all wrong and nobody to contact

Cup arrived broken it’s been over 2 weeks since I emailed them to inform them and I am yet to receive a response, I will not buy from this website again and do not recommend- Avoid!!

Delivery is absolutely woeful.
Ordered 2 weeks before an 11yr olds birthday - and it arrived late.
Would not use again.

Its scam I didn't receive my parcel I didn't get back my email reply plz don't buy.

I ordered a Stanley Cup and got a cup with Stroid on it. Don’t order a Stanley cup from this site, you won’t get what you ordered.

NOT RECIEVED - I still haven't received my order so it's very hard for me rate my experience as do not have the product and have been waiting some time.

The item hasn’t arrived and no one answers my emails.

Haven’t received my order which was placed on the 8th August. Very disappointed 11 year old.

I still have not received my product!!! And no one has told me where it is!?
