The item sent was NOT a branded Stanly Tumbler. Several attempts to get in touch with the company was hopeless no correspondence came back to me.Think this is a total scam !!!!

I didn’t receive my order

I ordered a Stanley quencher cup and received a stroid cup, no response from emails or phone, very unhappy

Ordered on the 2nd August and no confirmation for about a week, after that said it was in the shipping process for 3 weeks still hasn’t arrived. I requested a refund as I didn’t want to wait even longer when I could order a new one and it be here the next day. Such an awful company and waste of my money and time.

I ordered this on the 3rd of August, it’s still not here

I ordered a Stanley quencher cup and received a stroid cup, I have emailed a few times with no response and even rang the phone which they never answer either . Avoid at all costs

I never received my order and no one ever replied to my emails. The phone number is never answered. I can only believe this is a fake shop. Do not purchase anything from them.

I have not received my order i had a picture with parcel on my door step when i got home no parcel and no way of contacting you as tried 2 times about it taking so long to receive and have even had a response to them!!! So poor service and even worse that when they did get posted I actually didn’t get as they were just left on step on view for good know how long

And I received a cheap, brand-name quencher carry-all, which is way cheaper than I paid, so I'm agitated, and I sent them an email, but no response 😕.

I ordered an Owala bottle from Stroid at the end of July without really looking into the website too much (my mistake). I saw bad reviews and people saying the products aren’t genuine so I decided to contact the team so I could cancel my order and get my money back. I did not receive any email or message back so I thought I would just return it when it arrived.
I noticed in a lot of the emails and website descriptions that spelling was incorrect and it had unprofessional grammar too.
I received an email to say my order had then been returned to the sender so I assumed I would get my money back soon. I waited for a couple of weeks and still no sign so I sent another email asking for a refund since my order was cancelled and have had no response other than another email to say that it had been shipped again. This was last week and have still not had my order. The only thing I’ve had since then is another email to provide a review on their service so here it is. I cannot find any way to get in touch with the company which is really frustrating because all I want is my money back. I would not recommend Stroid.
Edit- the item arrived a couple days ago and is clearly fake. I have still had no reply to my emails, and I think it’s really ironic since I am constantly getting spam emails asking for a review!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER AND I HAVE EMAILED MANY TIMES FOLLWING UP THOUGH NEVER RECEIVED A REPLY!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE FAKE STANLEY WATER BOTTLES.
IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO ARRIVE.

My order has still not arrived i have sent numerous emails and not had a reply

How can I rate it higher when I never received my order?

Terrible customer service. The tracking number says my order has been returned even though I never actually received it.

I haven’t received the things I payed for!!

I NEVER RECEIVED MY DAUGHTERS WATER BOTTLE! You conned money out of a 14year old girl!!!😡 and HAVN’T GIVEN HER A REFUND!!! I WANT HER MONEY REFUNDED ASAP!

I didn’t receive my order.
I emailed and left messages and had no response.

I have never received my order!! I ordered the Stanley back in May and the tracking has never updated. I have also sent multiple emails asking for an updated and have never received a reply back from this business. It’s an absolute scam!

I ordered a water bottle Owala, but the straw that comes with the bottle doesn't fit, disappointing
