I ordered Owala FreeSip water bottle and got it delivered.
When I tried to assemble it, the straw did not fit.
I made a video and emailed back to stroid.
That was 1 week ago.
I did not get any reply to my email, not even a "we are handling your request".
I looked for another way to submit a claim about the order and did not find any other way to do it.

Awful awful awful company. Ordered a Stanley cup in 16th June, finally recieved ‘the order’ on the 5th August…… the item that came was an Avengers phone case?!?!?!?! Seriously terrible company. Tried to contacts them multiple times to no avail.

Bought a water bottle as a gift, took a number of weeks to arrive, so missed the window as an intended Christmas gift.
I emailed to request a refund and they were prompt to respond where to send the unopened bottle, ensuring I sent by registered mail etc. But they stopped responding once they’d received the bottle, and didn’t issue my refund. I emailed several times over the following months, but I’ve received nothing in return- no response or my refund. I would avoid.

I struggled a lot to find the product I found in Stroid and the delivery was quick and the product was from excellent quality! I’ll keep buying there.

This is a dissolved company. Banks shouldn’t be accepting bank payments.
They have been reported to Action Fraud and are trading illegally.

Item never arrived, no answer to calls, emails or online help form. Only positive is that we eventually received a refund.

My order didn't arrived, not recommend!. Can't contact with company!!

I placed an order with Stroid for a tumbler but never received my item. I tried calling the number on their website several times—no answer. I also messaged their Facebook page. They asked for my order number, but after I sent it, I never heard back from them.

Very disappointed with the experience. No product, no proper customer service, and no update on my order. I would not recommend ordering from Stroid.

Avoid, Avoid, avoid. They ignore your emails and website messages, send fake products and then hound you for reviews.

Awful. Items never arrived, all attempts to make contact with no response to any calls or emails I have made. DO NOT PURCHASE. Now struggling to get money back.

Item has not arrived, tried to contact company but no one comes back to you, complete scam so avoid, will contact trading standards regarding the fakes they are sending out and my credit card company.

Terrible company, ordered 3 Stanley cups, assuming they were real. Never arrived, emailed countless times, called the number with no answer or calls back, reached out on Instagram and Facebook with no response. Fake items sent as family member ordered before me and it’s 100% fake. Avoid at all costs!!

Delivery of the item took almost 2 weeks and when I emailed to chase this up I never got a reply. This on top of never recieving an update on shipping at point of purchase, it was a poor performance. I'm also pretty sure the Stanley I received is a fake. Compared to my wifes genuine Stanley there are some noticable differences in a few areas along with the general quality.

Product arrived damaged and I’ve emailed with both pictures and description however have not heard back from anyone. I also completed a contact us form and again nobody has got back to me. Very disappointed in the service being provided
