Es una estafa, no compréis nada en esta web. Ojalá hubiese revisado las opiniones de Trustpilot antes de hacerlo, espero otros usuarios no cometan el mismo error. Artículos de pésima calidad, nada que ver con lo que anuncian, transporte eterno que hace que no lleguen a tiempo, a pesar de pagar el extra de transporte urgente. Y lo que es peor, lamentable servicio Postventa e imposibilidad total de devolución.
En definitiva una web ESTAFA

Ordered the grey alien mask, what turned up was nothing like the advert, Chinese scam, don't order anything from this company.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from these scammers. Ordered a pennywise costume and mask on the 10th of October, for Halloween event. Nothing arrived in time. Email more times than I should have with no response. It did finally arrive on the 13th of November. The costume was cheep rubbish and as for the mask, it was nothing like what they depicted in the images on there scam site.

Useless service no communication, no reply to emails, Terrible delivery time..
The quality is terrible ..
I paid £130 hard earned British pounds for a mask and a two piece Jester costume you could probably get in pound land ..
The quality for money spent is horrendous..
I I could advise everyone and everyone not to buy from this seller ..

If i could give zero stars if would ... terrible delivery, disgusting quality, paid over £100 for a poundshop mask. Will only refund if I send back at my costs, address only given in Chinese, they know exactly what there doing to swerve PayPal rules etc .... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, however they'd have changed name and company by now

The business is a sham - they do not deliver on time and they have sent the wrong items without - false advertising and do not represent the customers request

J’ai commandé le masque IT Clown à 49,99 € présenté comme un produit haut de gamme. Commande reçue en retard, aucune réponse à mes mails, et au final je découvre un masque basique de très mauvaise qualité, identique à ceux vendus 2 € sur des sites chinois.
Publicité trompeuse, service client inexistant, très mauvaise expérience.

Ordered old man mask 3 weeks ago. First 2 days i was able to track it but now there's nothing. The tracking section on their website doesn't work anymore among many other sections. Seems like this whole company is a scam and this website created cheap and fast just before people start thinking about getting a halloween costume. Please do not fall for it as few of us have. Save your money and do not send anymore to these criminals.

Oltre a non rispondere alle mail , SE arriva l'articolo dopo quasi un mese stati sicuri che non rispecchia l'immagine che c'è sul sito!

J ai commandé le masque début octobre je l ai eu 1 mois plus tard!
Il parle de masque sans odeur? Impossible de le tenir sur la tete tellement il sent les solvants !
Alors le masque de Michael Mayers il est blanc et la je reçois un masque argenté... il revient du futur?!
Vous êtes des vrais escrocs vos produits sont a vomir! Et vous parlez de qualité!!! Vous êtes des voleurs !

Because you can’t choose 0 stars. They use face reviews. The pics of the masks are not the one s they send and 💯 refund ? You have to return to their china depo and pay for the postage

Estafa de tienda, compre y nunca llego mi pedido.

This place is a total rip off. I ordered a joker mask and ordered it in plenty of time for Halloween. Received zero updates on tracking info. My mask came after Halloween and is the cheapest mask I have ever seen. I could have did better at Walmart. The mask is 100% nothing like the pictures and is so cheap!

SCAM. Do not order from this site. Never received my order and can not get in contact with them. Money lost…

These people are scammers! I paid for products and never received the goods! They would even answer my emails! Do not go near these people

No costume turned up ordered over 2 weeks ago feel really let down that I don’t get in time for the party tried to contact several times without acknowledging or responding
