Totally useless and delivery non existent never order from this company every ever
So disappointed , they must use Royal Mail who are just as useless

Mask was nothing like the pictures on the website, neither was the body suit.

Terrible comparisons. Didnt match expectations what-so-ever.. cant even wear the mask as its too small and not 'one size fits all'.

Do not buy anything from these people. Plus they are in germany but the stuff shipped is from China. I highly doubt they do anything in relation to making the items at all.

Beaucoup de commentaires sur internet m'avait fait pensé que c'était une arnaque bien rodé mais dans les faits ils étaient juste débordé et qu'il ne c'était pas préparé a un tel rush.
Matière très souple, finition modeste, ça aurait pû être un peu mieux fini, mais vue que presser par le temps...
Très agréable a porter, les ouvertures au niveau des yeux et du nez pourrait être un peu plus élargie pour plus de confort, mais dans l'ensemble la qualité prix est correct.
Une ouverture au niveau de la bouche serait un plus.
Bon produit je recommande

Total scam... I ordered the old man mask and it was just a badly painted mask with a painted on goatee. The alien was horrible to not even close to whats on their website.. If I could upload a photo I would.

Costume never arrived. No one responded to me. Dont use this company. Can't trust them. Scam.

Received joker mask. What a joke. Nothing like picture, poor and cheap looking.

I am really disappointed with my purchase from Halloween Studio (Joker mask and outfit).
I bought this for $200, with the main item being the realistic mask being the reason I purchased.

Instead I got a mask that I could get from any party shop that is not realistic at all.

There is deceptive conduct with their pictures being totally different to what is being received. Only the front of the mask is latex and not the same realistic type, and isn’t a full head covering and down the neck as pictured in the online store photos.

The description is also misleading. It’s not Hyper realistic, doesn’t adapt perfectly to your head shape and doesn’t have mouth opening which makes it difficult to breathe.

SCAM ALERT.
Paid over $200 for items on 1st Oct and haven't received any tracking update. Tried emailing the company and messaging on facebook but they simply do not respond to anything.
Complete scam.

Purchased a mask on October 7th. No contact from seller was ever received other than receipt. When I inquired via email enough, they stated it was shipped and due by end of week ending in 10/18/2025. I asked for a shipping number and never received one and never heard from them again. I have tried calling and the number is bad. I tried going to their website and submitting a direct request now 3 different times. No one has answered or responded. I am trying to request a refund through my credit card now.

I ordered the package on October 10th. Now I’m waiting until October 30th. If I still haven’t received anything by then, I’ll request a refund through Klarna.

Heb mijn bestelling geplaatst op 29 september. De T&T code werkt niet. heb hun al meerdere mails gestuurd alsook Messenger op de eerste hebben ze geantwoord dat pakket wel degelijk is verstuurd, op de rest antwoorden ze niet meer. pakket nog steeds niet ontvangen!!

Akta! Dropshipping-skräp från Kina. Tar minst två veckor att få leveransen.

Scam. Don't bother ordering, they take your payment and Don't send the item, emailed them but no reply.

Placed an order on Sept 29th, zero communication from them, they have taken the money, emails to their customer service go unanswered, not response to messages on social media.

Their website claims they have excellent reviews but I've not managed to find one yet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, TOTAL SCAM
