I purchased a case for my iPhone 12. .
A case finally arrived for an iPhone 11.
I asked for a refund & they tried to get me to do an exchange. .
I returned the case to them for a refund & have heard NOTHING since. . They do not answer my emails. .
DON'T USE THIS COMPANY !!

I ordered a phone case for my Samsung and was very pleased to see that it had come just as advertised on the website and delivered promptly within the time allocated. Will definitely be ordering from the website again.

Unfortunately the wrong mini iPad cover was sent to me. I contacted Customer Support Services immediately and then followed the company’s returns policy. A member of the Customer Services team emailed me for further information on my mini iPad and within a couple of days a new cover was delivered. I am pleased with it - both the colour and quality. I then contacted Customer Support services about their returns policy as I had paid postage for the return. A quick reply from them said that as it was their mistake I would be refunded the cost of postage. Overall I am satisfied with their service and the product, but have only given three stars because of the initial mistake and the fact I had to ask for a refund of postage. Their returns policy needs to be clearer.

Read the Trust Pilot reviews after placing an order and was very concerned! Product arrived in 3 days and as described on the website.

Didnt receive any sort of dispatch email / tracking info hence 4 star

This company is NOT legitimate. They did not refund my money after I returned an item because it was such poor quality and you cannot reach them either online or by phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The original order never arrived. The company was excellent in rectifying this

Shocking customer service - no reply to emails or messenger. Item purchased broke within the first month. No comeback whatsoever. Spend your money elsewhere snd avoid this dreadful company

Ordered an I pad cover for my husband for Christmas, it is not the right size so does not fit, there was no invoice when delivered. Email sent 29th Dec asking them to send me the invoice so I can return it, They have not replied to it, I have tried to ring but the telephone number is incorrect. Have sent a message via messenger and still not heard from them. Customer service is appalling, so I am now going to go through my bank to get the refund.

Terrible customer service, take 4 days each time you try to contact them. Order was received damaged but not opened until after Christmas as a gift. Company will not flex on ‘Strict T&Cs’. So money in the bin. Clearly no care for future business. Random PO Box in West Wickham as their ‘address’. Should’ve known dodgy as not even got a phone number.

No address or phone number on website. But Messanger icon to use. Waited for 45 minutes but no reply.
Noticed a review posted August 2022 said product had given years of use! Lost confidence in legitimacy of site.

I had a problem with a lost order but the service team were able to resolve it as quickly as they could, given the current ongoing postal strike. I successfully received my replacement order as the first one had got lost in the post.

Had an issue with the delivery (not their fault, Royal Mail lost the parcel) and it was sorted out quickly and efficiently with a replacement which arrived in two days.
The product in itself is nice and as described.

Very good customer service. Excellent!! Extremely pleased with the phone case. It's exactly as described riled. Quality product I am Extremely pleased overall. I highly recommend this site.

Got the iPad magnetic cover case as well as the exfoliating brush set on sale, this arrived 2 days after purchasing - I got what I ordered in perfect timing; will definitely be shopping with them again.

Really happy with my order. I accidently ordered tempered glass protection for the wrong phone model. The team noticed the discrepancy in my order and contacted me before sending out my order to check it was accurate. This saved me a lot of hassle! Fantastic customer service.

UPDATE
I did end up getting my money back but I still would never use this company again because of their initial responses.

My order didn’t arrive. Their tracking says it was delivered but it never came. They are not interested so I am now £30 down. I wish I had checked trustpilot before I ordered as I would have never made the purchase.

This company is a joke to put it politely.

They send rubbish out for £19.99 on a second class stamp. The phone case I ordered was advertised as strong shock resistant fortified silicone - I got a piece of plastic garbage in a plastic 2nd class bag that took for ever to arrive..

It would cost me to send it back and as they shamelessly sent that piece of garbage out to me, I don't even trust that they would refund me the money and not just forward my returned case to another victim and keep making money that way.

Disgraceful !
