Il pacco non è mai arrivato. A distanza di 5 mesi, scrivendo quasi ogni giorno al servizio reclami, ho ottenuto un coupon del valore della merce da spendere sul loro sito. Il prodotto acquistato in precedenza però ha raddoppiato il suo prezzo.

I have ordered several times from Stylevana, they’re the best and cheapest option for Korean skincare! I have loved every single thing I’ve ordered from them! Shipping takes forever, but I have always ended up receiving my package. (Last order took around 45 days to arrive, so patience is a must)

Placed my order on November 5th, the item was in stock when I placed the order and it stated "delivered within 24 days", today is 9th of December and it still hasn't even been shipped, I tried to get in touch with them and they're claiming that the item is out of stock and that once it will be in stock they will ship it, but they don't even know when it will be in stock, at this point I just want a refund of my money as this is not okay, it seems like fraud to me.

Ordered products in September now it's December and no sign of my order after 3 months. Tracking number not working, also no reply from customer service even though i asked for a refund.

I contacted support three times about a package that has been stuck with the carrier for 40 days. The carrier myHermes.de itself told me to contact stylevana. I contacted support twice already and for 2 weeks after one email from support asking for the order details I have not received any response even though I have already written 3 emails about resolving the matter and the data they asked for. The matter is still not resolved and support is ghosting me.

Do not order from them, I have ordered months ago and haven’t yet received the order nor a refund. Staff not replying to my emails, they have sent few corrupted tracking reference which doesn’t work.

Their refund policies are complete shit. Customer service feels like I'm talking to a robot. Shipping takes AGES! Will not be ordering any longer from Stylevana!

Levering tog lidt tid men det var det værd🤩. Har de bedste asiatiske hud produkter som er billigere end hvad man kan få andre steder. Har allerede købt herfra 3 gange og har været tilfreds hvert eneste gang. Køber 100% herfra igen😍.

I have inquired about my order on several forums, which I placed on 11/11/24. The machine promises a response within 72 hours, but I have not received any messages from anywhere (3 emails, 1 Messenger, 2 Facebook comments). The products are still in stock. I have paid 100+€ for nothing so far. I am very disappointed, I don't know who to contact.

Stylevana has been "processing" my order for 17 days. I was in touch with their CS, who notified me that one of the items ordered was missing. I asked them to cancel it and ship the remaining ones. It was 10 days ago and since then nothing has happened. They seem still "processing" my order. During the latest 10 days I mailed them 3 times. but no response received. Please do not buy from Stylevana, as they do not care about the clients at all. @Stylevana - if you read it, pls fo NOT ask me to contact your CS, as I already did it 4 times totally and it did not help at all. Just ship my order ( without missing item) and it would be dine.

Ce sont des arnaqueurs , j'ai passé une commande ca fait déjà 11 jours sur leurs site et lorsque je les ai contacté pour savoir ou est mon produit , ils affirment ne rien avoir recu et demande des preuves de paiement. Je leurs ai déjà donné plusieurs preuves de paiement mais aucunes reponses

I made an order on october 12th with the number #BWSVEUB1000150152.
15 days passed and the order wasn't even sent. I contacted their costumer support, who told me they were waiting for a product to arrive the week after.
Another 2 weeks passed and I contacted again their support, and they again told me the product would arrive on the 21st november.
Two days after I receive an email saying the product wouldn't arrive and I would be refunded.
Three days passed since they sent me this email, and the rest of the order still hasn't been dispatched.
This is the worst costumer support ever.
I know want to cancell my order, after more than 1 month waiting for it to be sent; not delivered, just sent.

Takes your money, but never delivers the product. No way to contact customer support. Unreachable. Gonna have to take legal action.

Giving two stars because they’ve been somewhat responsive to mails but the items ship from China and it’s 3 weeks later and I’m still waiting for them… Thought since it was an EU site they’d be closer and quicker to receive.

DO NOT ORDER FROM STYLEVANA. Placed an order August 2, and started communicating with Stylevana on Sept when I didn’t receive products. At first they promised to send, then blamed it on their shipper. Tracking number shows it’s been sitting in US warehouse since August 23. No way to contact local shipper. Finally gave up and disputed transaction with my bank on October 10. BUYER BEWARE!

I tried to order Skin1004 sunscreen but it won't let me; I messaged them about this issue and they simply said 'some products cannot be shipped to your country', um, what's the reason lol? Any other product I try ordering, it works, but this specific one is just crooked. I ended up ordering somewhere else as this website won't let me do it.

Jeg var meget i tvivl, om jeg skulle bestille fra Stylevana med alle de dårlige anmeldelser. Men deres priser er så gode, og de havde alle de produkter jeg ledte efter, så jeg tog en chance og betalte med PayPal for ekstra sikkerhed. Jeg bestilte d.11. september og hørte ikke noget fra dem i en uge. Så skrev jeg til dem d.18. september og spurgte efter pakkens status. Modtog hurtigt en "din pakke er ved at blive pakket" mail. Og så gik der en uge mere før jeg fik "nu er den sendt" - det var d.25. september. Og i dag, søndag d.29. september, blev pakken leveret af DAO ved hoveddøren 🤩 Så Firmaet leverer og varerne er perfekte. Det tager bare 3 uger så tålmodighed! Og de har rigtig mange kampagner og rabatkoder kørende hele tiden, så man skal ikke betale fuld pris. De burde få 4 stjerner for den langsomme forsendelse, men det kommer ikke fra EU, så det tager tid, og med de fantastiske varer til de gode priser, så får de 5 stjerner, og jeg køber helt sikkert fra dem igen ❤️
PS. Der var ingen told eller bøde til PostNord, så varerne leveres uden ekstra omkostninger og fragten var gratis 👍😊

Kiedy składałam zamówienie zostałam poinformowana, że moje zamówienie zostanie wysłane w ciągu 30 dni roboczych jednak po tym czasie nie dostałam żadnej informacji zwrotnej o moim zamówieniu ani procesie realizacji. Po moim mailu z pytaniem zostałam poinformowana, że w ciągu paru dni dostaną nową dostawę produktów na które czekam - jak można się domyślić po tym czasie dostałam kolejnego maila w którym poinformowali mnie, że wyślą mi paczkę bez tych produktów na które czekałam już 1,5 miesiąca i po prostu zwrócą mi pieniądze za równowartość brakujących produktów. Czekałam kolejne około dwóch tygodni na paczkę - którą jak się okazała została dostarczona nie do mnie, lecz do kogoś innego(Również kod pocztowy został źle podany o czym dowiedziałam się od przewoźnika). Po pisaniu maili z przewoźnikiem zostałam poinformowana, że nie mogą znaleźć mojej paczki ani nie znają jej lokalizacji i że powinnam złożyć wniosek o zwrot pieniędzy do stylevana. Po złożeniu wniosku wraz z załączonym mailem od przewoźnika nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi. Po kolejnym miesiącu wysłałam wiadomość z zapytaniem jak wygląda sytuacja i czy mogę zostać poinformowana o statusie mojego wniosku. W ciągu paru godzin dostałam odpowiedź zwrotną, że nie przysługuje mi żaden zwrot pieniędzy wraz w odmową mojego wniosku. Absolutnie nie polecam zamawiać nic z tej strony. Brak jakiejkolwiek odpowiedzialności oraz brak odpisywanie na maile! Przez większość czasu trzeba czekać około 2 tygodni na odpowiedź na jakiegokolwiek maila - jeżeli ma się szczęście. #BWSVDEA180436532

Tinha feito alguma pesquisa online acerca da Stylevana.eu e as avaliações não me deixaram muito confortáveis. A Stylevana oferece a possibilidade de o pagamento ser feito com Paypal, o que me deu alguma segurança para a compra caso houvesse necessidade de fazer uma reclamação. Prossegui com a minha encomenda sabendo que a entrega poderia ser demorada. Fiz a encomenda e recebi primeiro uma notificação de submissão de encomenda. Após 1 semana ainda não tinha recebido a confirmação da encomenda e contactei o apoio ao cliente via e-mail. Prontamente recebi a resposta que estavam a tratar da minha encomenda e que iria receber a confirmação nos próximos dias. Assim foi. Logo de seguida recebi também a guia de remessa da transportadora e consegui sempre acompanhar a mercadoria. É verdade que entre a data da encomenda e a entrega da mesma passaram quase 4 semanas. Mas esse é o único senão. Para a próxima vez terei isto em atenção e voltarei a fazer encomendas com toda a certeza.
