Worst company ever - total scam. Avoid at all costs

It's the worst. I ordered items four months ago and have not received anything, even email confirmation about my purchase.
I read a bad review on Reddit, and trust Pilot, but I thought I could bear shipping in a month or delayed shipping in two months. But it's been four months without anything.

BE CAREFUL, they removed the domain .eu and are using .com

The first warning sign was receiving an incorrect guide with my order. Months passed, but my products never arrived. I submitted a claim about the undelivered order, and at first, they responded and acknowledged the issue. However, that was the only communication I received from them. My subsequent attempts to reach their customer service were completely ignored, with no products and no reimbursement.

Protect your time, money, and peace of mind by opting for a more reliable and customer-oriented website. Other websites offer the same products, just be careful of this kind of websites that look the same and serve "whole" Europe

I gave them one star because I had to. Otherwise I would have given them none. I ordered skin care that hasn’t been delivered to me. I contacted the customer service and in the beginning they were pretending to help me but after I asked them about any updates, they just simply ingnored me. Contacted them several times but they are just simply ignoring me!! I even contacted them with different email addresses but once I mentioned my case, they ignored me again!!!
The tracking number says it has been delivered to ME but that is not the case. Since my skin care was running out, I had to order the same again at my own risk. Now I have lost about 80€ and this is simply ridiculous!! If you ever order from this website and eventually lose your package…good luck!

This is a really great site, despite the long shipping times for orders. My experience from successfully completed 18 orders to date is that - yes, you will not receive fast dispatch of your packages. Even if you order articles that are all in stock, and the site promises shipment within 24 hours, this is not the case. On average, such orders will be shipped within two weeks to a month + 2 weeks directly for delivery (in France, for example). !BUT!
- Firstly, this is truly the most profitable site and a huge assortment among sellers of Korean cosmetics (especially in Europe).
- Secondly, all the products I ordered have an ideal expiration date. This allows, for example, to buy several units in personal stock during large discounts.
- Thirdly, additional promotional codes and many gifts that can be found everywhere online if you follow Stylevana on the social medias.
- Fourthly, there is quite adequate customer service, which sometimes needs to be pressed for an answer, but, in general, it is much better than many European ones.
Thus, Stylevana has many more advantages, so I personally allow myself to close my eyes to the long lead times for shipping orders and just wait a little.

The won’t send you the packages, and keep lying to you about it. After waiting for a month since my order was shipped, the customer service wouldn’t refund me and kept sending general ridiculous replies to my emails asking where my order was. My order never reached the courier, as per the tracking link information….Luckily I’ve used PayPal as payment method and filled a dispute, otherwise I would never get my money back. Don’t waste your money and energy on these scammers!! Such bad service.

Never again!! Placed my order on 04Nov2023. Have not received my order up till today (20Feb2024)!!! Sent an email asking for a refund. No reply. Sent two messages on the website. No reply. No ordered products, no money.

Ordered 4 things, after 1 month i wanted to track my package and see whats going on turns out they didnt even ship it yet. Send an email and a huge complaint, another month goes by i get a email “package shipped” . They shipped it after 2 months. They have 30 days policy. And because its from Korea i was blessed with another 3 weeks before it arrived. 2 months and 3 weeks for 2 serums, sunscreen and hair shampoo. Never again. Why did i pay so much for shipping when it took them 2 MONTHS!!!

Stylevana's service has been an absolute nightmare, and I'm seething with anger over their incompetence and lack of accountability. Six months have passed since I made a purchase, only to have my parcel vanish into thin air. Despite my relentless efforts—ten follow-ups to be exact AND DOING WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN REPLYING WITH—I've been met with nothing but radio silence from their customer service team.

It's infuriating to think that Stylevana has the audacity to disregard their customers so blatantly. What's worse is that they've effectively swindled me out of 70 hard-earned euros without so much as an apology or explanation. This isn't just bad service; it's DAYLIGHT ROBBERY disguised as an online shopping experience. My order number is #BWSVDEA180251103

Potential buyers, beware!

No response from customer service, 10+ mails sent. I ordered in may last year and did not get any products. Please order somewhere else. They blame the courrier to avoid responsibility

I am deeply frustrated and thoroughly disappointed with my recent experience with Stylevana. After waiting for my order (Order #BWSVEUB1000009806) since September (!!!), I received a shocking email informing me that the parcel has been declared lost by the courier, and to add insult to injury, I cannot be refunded because the order was not insured.

This entire situation is utterly ridiculous. The fact that Stylevana failed to deliver my order and then refuses to issue a refund due to the lack of insurance, which was optional, is unacceptable. As a customer who has been waiting patiently for months, this is an extreme letdown and a clear indication of the poor service standards that Stylevana claims to strive against.

It is disheartening to see a company shirk responsibility for a lost parcel, especially when the fault lies with the courier they chose. I find it hard to believe that Stylevana, a company operating in the e-commerce industry, would not take the necessary steps to ensure the safe delivery of their customers' orders.

I urge potential customers to think twice before placing an order with Stylevana. If this is the level of service they provide, where customers are left empty-handed after months of waiting and are denied a refund due to a lack of insurance, it raises serious questions about the reliability and customer-centric approach of the company.

In summary, my experience with Stylevana has been nothing short of a nightmare. Waiting for months only to be informed that my order is lost, and subsequently being denied a refund due to lack of insurance, is beyond frustrating. I expected much more from a company that claims to value its customers. This incident has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, and I strongly advise others to reconsider before choosing Stylevana for their online shopping needs.

Kundendienst hat mir ein Paar Emails geschrieben, aber auf meine Nachfrage reagieren sie nicht. Ab Montag werde ich Paypal kontaktieren um mein Geld zurück zu holen. Ich habe aber die Sendungen versichert. Echt schlimme Kundenservice. Interessant ob ich meine Bestellung überhaupt bekommen werde, ich wurde gefragt ob och fehlendes Produkt tauschen würde, aber keiner hat auf meine Antwort reagiert… eine Katastrophe

Jag köpte saker för några dagar sen utan att jag visste att en av sakerna skulle ta 30 dagar att skicka så jag gjorde en ”reorder” men det blev som en till beställning!! Nu har jag förlorat 1000 kr och ingen har svarat på mina emails som jag har skickat😡 riktigt dålig service

Took more than 2 months to arrive, missing 4 products. They don't respond to my emails anymore. Had 2 previous orders in the past, but this made me extremely disappointed in this company. They don't even answer the questions, they keep sending generic responses leaving you without the products you have ordered.

Similar to a lot of recent complainants, I wonder if Stylevana is about to go bust? I have been a loyal customer for several years and ordered Christmas Gifts on 24th November. I have chased by email 7 times now.. some were responded to but no replies at all since I asked for a refund. The goods are no use to me now but I'm worried I will lose my €400! I will never use the site again as I genuinely think the company is in trouble. I am also fearful I will never see my money back.

They steal all my money, bad bad people

I placed an order where I knew from the product information that delivery could take about 3 weeks. One month later I still had not heard anything, no order update, so I sent their customer support an email. No response but the day after I received a shipping notification. Received my products a week later.

Summary; good prices and nice products as expected but long delivery time + I had to get in touch with them to get my order.

Been waiting for a month for an ESTIMATE on when will they be so kind to ship an order from last year! It's insane.. At this point I feel scammed. No money and no products.
