I think this is a scam I have been waiting 16 days and it’s still packing and delivering while my other package that I just bought recently from them is almost here?
I have been trying to contact them but I get no replies. This is really bad and I have been really looking forward for that product to come. 🙁

I have had good experience in the past with this company. But this time..have placed my order on May 10th and still did not get any updates. Been sending them messages on all kinds of emails, instagram and no respond. TRUST ME I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THEM AGAIN!
And better for them to get me my money back!

I know a lot of people are having bad experience with stylevana but it’s truly not the case for me. I already ordered 3 times and I had no problems. Great prices and amazing delivery.
To get better experience with stylevana i recommend:
Creating stylevana account (so you have your orders double backed up) and in general they are more careful to members with account

They don’t even deserve a one star!! Customer service nonexistent! Never delivered my package!!
SCAM

I made an important order on this website (more than EUR 700.-) thinking they were honest.

I never got any email confirmation from them that the order was done but my credit card has been debited.

They never replied to my emails, I have sent dozens.

This website is a complete SCAM. Don't buy anything there !

I will a file a suit against them so no one in the future gets fooled !

I placed an order (#84180000313833) on april 8 (2 months ago) and it was shipped on may 5 (1 month later, but that's okay, i can understand).
Now since they sent it nothing has happened. The carrier tells me that they have no news of the package and that it's still in china since it was shipped. Stylevena doesn't reply to my requests and emails and i can't see the end. This order has taken a lot of money and i'm afraid i've been ripped off. I'm going to file a complaint if they don't reply and send me this order before the end of the month.

My package was apparently delivered to a person in ANOTHER country than what it is supposed to! I have contacted my parcel company, and they state that I have received the wrong parcel number. However, I cannot reach Stylevana, and my package is nowhere in sight! I do not know if I will ever get my package....

Also am Anfang es gab Komplikationen. Man sollte nie „Während“ der Bestellung rückgängig machen, oder versucht zu Stornieren, wenn es von Paypal noch nicht bestätigt ist. Dann wird es kompliziert. Man ist dann wütend. Aber ich habe danach 3x bestellt, ich habe kein Problem bekommen. Ich habe 4 Sterne gegeben, weil der Versand lang dauert. Heute zum 4. Mal habe ich bestellt. Ich hoffe, ich bekomme kein Problem mit dem Versand. Ich kann es weiterempfehlen, da es immer Rabatt gibt :)

I am very frustrated. On March 13, I made two orders and until today I can still see the status in progress. I wrote emails that I don't want to wait this long, let them cancel it. I sent about 10 e-mails, and after a month or so, they wrote back to me asking if I'm sure and think about it again, that they would send me more samples. I answered immediately what is blocking the orders, which products, and since then they have completely ignored me. I don't understand what kind of system they have there or they randomly choose a customer and don't send the order. Terrible customer service, worst if they would at least write an update about the order.

I have been ordering with Stylevana for about 2 years now and never had issues before, but this time I’ve waited over a month for shipping on two orders placed on the same day (some items had longer delivery times and I really needed a new cleansing oil, so I placed a separate order for that) and have heard absolutely nothing. I have sent multiple emails and received no reply either. Got a notification yesterday that the order with the cleansing oil is finally about to be shipped but still nothing about the other €200+ order. Really disappointing and if this issue persists I won’t be ordering with Stylevana again.

I made an order (BWSVEUA170092094) many months ago and my parcel was broken during transit. After contacting stylevana about a refund I received and answer after many weeks that they can offer me a store credit. My order value was almost 100,00Eur. After asking when I will get my credit they have not replied to me in months now about credit or refund. Very disappointed.

This has been by far the worst experience I’ve had ordering from a site online! I placed an order on the 6th of March ( it was supposed to arrive with 24 hrs) however nothing came for more than a week. I contacted them over and over, the courier sent it back, even though I emailed them and Stylevana to arrange another delivery date but got ZERO response. I have since then been emailing and calling (a customer service number that doesn’t even work!) and still NOTHING. Just an automated message. I have paid for the items and now it’s over a month and a half and I still have no resolution. I am beyond frustrated and feel super insulted that there has been absolutely no contact or response to me. All they are good at doing is flooding my inbox with their never ending mass emails.

Unfortunately, I don't come here to comment on what people might like to hear, but on reality. Customer service is truly horrible. I placed an order on February 11th and still haven't received anything. I sent over 20 emails and not a single response. It is also impossible to cancel the order through the website. Honestly, I will have to take more drastic measures and besides never buying anything from this store again, I will share with all my followers how bad this store is. I am truly disappointed on how far this has become.

Its been three weeks since my payment went through order still processing with no updates, I sent two emails with no response over a week ago. I want to cancel my order but there is no way to get in touch with them. First and last time ordering from here. Order number BWSVEUA170093054

I am happy with the purchase, items are well packed with bubble wrap and got the eyeshadow palates delivered intact.

Got email update saying the order has been dispatched 5 days after the order is placed, later got the Postnord message saying is registered, a week later I got the package in my mail box.

The package is sent from Hong Kong to Sweden.

I dont understand whats happening...
Since 2020 ive ordered from stylevana multiple times and everything was fine.
This year i had to refund an order via paypal bc it was processing for 2 weeks, I have a package at dpd( for a week and its not moving) and now i will have to refund another order via paypal bc its processing for 2 weeks too.

J ai commandé sur ce site en novembre, mon colis a été perdu. Je contacte le livreur qui rembourse le site et qui me renvoie vers stylevana, impossible de les joindre après plusieurs moi ont me dis qu ils allais vérifier si mon colis a bien été perdu. Malheureusement au jour d aujourd’hui silence radio, pas de remboursement (100€) pas de produits rien !!! Je déconseille fortement se site ce sont des voleurs comment ne pas remboursé un client , surtout que j ai la preuve que le colis a été perdu. Je suis très en colère car je roule pas sur l or et ses vraiment tristes de profiter comme ça et j espère que les influenceurs en parlent pour éviter aux personnes qui les suivent de tomber dans le piège ! The customer service is the worst! I have problems with my coupons, I can see them or use them. I reported this problem on November 16th 2022 and still no answer from them. I have asked about this problem four times already. This is so unprofessional by Stylevana. I´m a Superfan in the VANA Reward club, but I have been ignored all this time. Stylevana doesn´t show us any respect as customers. I will not buy anything else from them. There are a lot of online stores I can choose with better customer service.

As many others I have ordered from Stylevana, payed for the items and have not received my items. I have been waiting for over a month and the customer-service is not reachable. Do NOT order from this site, don't make the same mistake as I did. They just keep your money without sending the products and do not respond to emails.
Stylevana I will report you to my country's registration office for fraud!!!
