One of my go-to places for cakes
I have ordered cakes from Sugaholics on multiple occasions. Their cakes are beautiful and tasty. I love the wide range of designs that Sugaholics offer as I'm always looking to switch things up for birthdays and other occasions. I have never had any issues with deliveries being made on time and their delivery drivers have always been friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Wedding Cake Order
Short notice order, communication was Sunday night with the exact details of how we wanted our wedding cake to be was designed to perfection. Price was cheaper than other vendors. It tasted absolutely beautiful, fresh and all alterations we wanted were completed. Cup cakes were tasty and beautiful too. Delivery was exactly when it was requested. 5*+ for everything, we couldnât have asked anymore so thank you very much.

Iâve ordered a Mango cake. It doesnât taste at all like mango, in the description says it has mango slices, mine had zero. About the delivery: itâs says they could deliver till 9PM, I have asked to be made it after 5, it came at 1PM and it had be left to my neighbour. If you want a cake from they, you need to take a day off from work.

Daughter's birthday cake
I am writing this review with a big smile on my face!! My daughter turned 25 today, This is the first time I have ordered from Sugaholics and was not disappointed. The cake arrived before my daughter arrived home. The delivery man was very friendly. I even tracked where he was on the link they texted. He phoned to say he had arrived. Once we saw the cake my daughter was very happy and loved her cake. The texture, fruits and the sponge was so lovely and light. Not too heavy on the buttercream.
My son's birthday is in 2 days so I will be buying another cake. Well worth the price.

However, there was no communication at all via email, phone or WhatsApp when I contacted for confirmation of the delivery, as I had ordered well in advance. For such a big order for a party, it isn't the most reassuring from a customer experience perspective.
