The cake and service all 5 star. The cake tasted delicious and guest were impressed. Service spot on, cake delivered as per the instructions, just at the desired time. Definitely recommend it and I will continue ordering for the next time.

Hello, I ordered the Superman cake for my son’s birthday this year. Although the cake was chocolatey it was not the oreo flavour that we ordered. Also the ‘Happy Birthday name’ sign melted when delivered and this was disappointing. Hence the 3 stars i’m afraid.

Ordered a fresh fruit cake and was very happy with it 😊. Delivered on time as well ! Thank you Sugaholics

I ordered two cakes: the pistachio one and a custom-made one.
Great communication and reassurance throughout.
Prices are very affordable for the size and quality. The pistachio cake is one of the tastiest, fluffiest, lightest cakes we've ever had. It was so popular we ate it in one night. The custom-made one was exactly the aesthetic we were looking for and we took so many pictures of it!
Great experience overall. Next time, I'll also get the delivery service if I'm planning to get more than one cake, as the cakes are huge (which is amazing)!

Service was good

Ordered Ferrero Rocher flavoured chocolate cake. Very delicious cake without being too sweet. Absolutely wonderful and was worth ordering the birthday cake from Sugaholics. Its been a while since we had a good cake. Will definitely order cakes from Sugaholics for future celebrations too.

Amazing cakes been ordering for four years always presented beautifully and always come perfect and are very delicious, delivery driver adeel is always very kind, polite and efficient couldn’t ask for a better service!

Beautiful and delicious cakes. We order Sugaholics cakes regularly and are always happy with the cake quality and delivery service.

We ordered the 10 inches cake for our child’s birthday party but they sent only the 8 inches one. There wasn’t enough cake for everyone and the children were very disappointed and the party ruined. They then never issued a refund as we paid for the 10 inches cake which is over £10 more expensive despite numerous emails and calls.

It was a surprise birthday cake! Enjoyed it , tasty and delish, even tasted fresh next day.
