100% went the extra mile
5 Star, They went the extra mile to make sure I got next day delivery on a Saturday. Everything was accounted for plus more. I would 100% order again.

I’m sad
My chocolate was out of date and disgusting. It was all over priced. Took a long time to come and the tracking service didn’t work.
Some sweets were great but overall I’m sad.

Hi Alice,
I can see from your order that the chocolates you ordered were Hershey Kisses and Meiji Chocorooms, neither of which should be out of date. If you are referring to the Hershey Kisses, that is just the way they taste. Some people like the taste of the Kisses and others don't, just depends on your palette, which is why we have six for sale (which you purchased) for customers to sample instead of purchasing the big bag.
In terms of the delivery, we do apologise for the delay, however this is out of our control. You had placed the order on Saturday 13th February and it was despatched on Monday 15th February. The delays were due to Royal Mail staff having to self isolate due to Covid. The tracking information not updating is again due to Royal Mail staff not scanning the barcode on the parcel. As Royal Mail have been having issues with delivering parcels on time, we have stopped using them for the time being.
In terms of us being too expensive, we do apologise for that, but we have had many customers who feel that our products are value for money, considering they have been imported to the UK and of course there are more fees surrounding this.
We would have appreciated it if you could have contacted us first so we could resolve the issues you faced. We have tried to reach out to you, with no response. We would have liked to hear from you to see what could be done.
