Hi Dana,

Looking into your order, we can see that you had purchased the Takis Fuego packs. As these have been imported from Mexico, there are two dates on the pack. The one on the bottom is when the Takis were produced and the one on the top is when the Takis expire. The ones sent out to you had a date of 07ABR21 and April in Spanish is Abril, making the expiry date the 7th April of this year, so it is definitely in date.
We would have appreciated it if you contacted us prior to writing this review so we could explain the dates and compensated you if they were expired.

Better presentation would make these more of a gift

The sweets were fine but I was expecting them to come nicely packed not just loose in a packing box.

Hi Helen.
We currently do not offer the branded Sugarlicious box for orders under £25. You had purchased the Taster Box, which shows the brown box in the picture. We do apologise for any confusion and hope you enjoy your sweets!

The presentation and packaging was great, I had glass bottles and each one was securely packaged to prevent any damage.
