I would give zero stars if an option! False information regarding stock, took payment, said expecting delivery when contacted as no further contact after a week, asked to cancel order and refund, asked to cancel order and refund, asked to cancel order and refund, eventually got email saying would be refunded full amount, week later still no refund, went via paypal as no joy. Stay away at all costs. Happy to take your money, provide false information on the site, will give excuses and try to pacify but won't do anything further. Crooks.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.

The quality and service and time is just horrendous.

There is no o w from customer service you can actually speak to.

The item probably cost these Chinese factory around a 50p and they are selling it for around £13-14

Please avoid the site and the pain. Go to eBay and order from your own country

Wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, exactly the same as all other bad reviews, ordered some gloves paid for fast delivery no gloves 2 weeks later, then they said waiting for stock so i cancelled my order had no refund after calls and emails dont order from them!!!!

Much the same as other negative reviews. They take your order and money regardless of whether they have the item, you hear nothing, you chase it, they say they're expecting a delivery, nothing happens, you chase it. Eventually you get your money back after several weeks. Other than buy from someone who operates in a more honest way if you take nothing else away from these reviews then ensure you pay by Paypal as it will be a lot easier to get your money back. Judging by the reviews you have about a 50/50 chance of actually receiving what you paid for.

Bought several pairs of boxer briefs from sugarrays, really nice briefs and customer service. Will definitely be buying more of these from here. Thanks

Ordered headgear and some boxing shorts. Their site said 7 working days delivery time for international shipments. After 35 days of waiting and hearing weekly excuses from their staff, I decided to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Apparently, they falsely claim to have everything in stock, when they clearly don't. The worst part - customer service... I had to email them every week, and every time all I got from them was "sorry, few more days"... In the end, I got the refund, but I will NEVER order from Sugarrays again. The worst online store ever.

I rarely give reviews, but I couldn't fathom how Sugarrays - the boxing supplier - has only three starts. I have ordered loads of skipping ropes and other bits over the last few years, and their service has always been notably better than many other suppliers. One time when there was a problem they sorted it quickly, no bickering they sorted it at their cost, and I ended up better off. They are friendly and their products are good. Many people are more inclined to review when there is a problem, it would be good if they checked that they are not reviewing a totally different business with a similar name before they start leaving one-star and complaining about the food! Based on my experience - Five stars!

I rang up a few weeks ago desperately looking for a wrestling singlet for some BBC filming. It was last minute thing, which we needed for the next day. I had been searching everywhere and couldn't find what we wanted. Thankfully Sugarrays came to the rescue and provided the perfect singlet - not only that, but they arranged next day delivery and totally saved the shoot. Polite, efficient, no nonsense, lovely, helpful service! Thank you Sugarrays!

Worst customer service. I ordered there because of good price and the headugard was there. After 3 weeks of me mailing them daily, they send gloves in wrong colour, and they haven't sent the headguard! and I haven't received my money until now, terrible!

Delivery was a little slow but Brad really worked to get it all sorted and overall ended up really happy.

Price was really good too!

I phoned up and asked if they had an ampro speed bag in stock, it was £25 to £5...and tbh I didn't trust it at first. He said he had them in stock, so I went ahead and ordered one on friday and it's now the following tuesday morning, and I've received the parcel. Perfect speed bag, no faults, no issues, perfect service.

Really friendly and helpful service, phoned up about shorts and was delivered to me within 30 minutes. Can't get better service then that.

Good experience purchasing from this company, great prices and very quick delivery. Will purchase again in the future.

Ordered on tuesday night.
Order passed on wednesday, changed my Oz from 16 to 18 by mail (no problem, immediate response).
Got a first delivery try on thursday, but nobody was, retry on friday !

Ordered a customized ring jacket, very good service and the jacket is very good quality. Arrived on time, most helpful. Will defo use again.

Iv ordered in the past and had shambolic service, rude staff on the phone, delayed orders and arguments, but following some better reviews I decided to give them another chance.

Early Feb I ordered my rival gloves and anti fungal spray. Showing as in stock and delivered 3-5 days......

2 weeks and nothing, I emailed and asked for the tracing info, I got a short reply apologising and saying their order was held up in Canada, and that my order will ship before the end of that week, another 2 weeks so I sent an email asking if they had sent my order and if not to refund my money..... no reply, few more days I sent another email, no reply, I called and was told that I would be called back, I wasn’t. Iv emailed again asking for my money! No reply.

Iv had to launch a Paypal claim for my money as they are ignorant of customer emails. I will never use this store again and I will advise every single person at the gym and other gyms to never use this store again.

If this is how they treat customers then they don’t deserve to be in business.

I understand that occasionally stock issues arise but I have ordered from these guys on a few occasions and this has happened every time.

Heed the negative reviews when buying from their online store, They list items as ''In Stock'' when clearly they arnt. 3 weeks have passed since my order and no contact from their team at all, no explanation, no dispatch notice. Thankfully i paid with PayPal so i can open a case. They are not worth the hassle, buy from somewhere else.

They where professional with help and I received my item on time

Called up to check details before ordering online. Immediate pickup, questions quickly answered, and order taken over the phone. Excellent customer service!

After not being able to revive month package on first or second attempt by UK Mail I emailed Flora at SugarRays and she was fantastic! Great customer service with full transparency and parcel was received.

Will use again.
