Juiste maat van de polo was niet op voorraad in de winkel. Bestelling door medewerker ging snel. Polo binnen 3 dagen thuis ontvangen. Mooi materiaal! Helemaal blij mee!

Probleem met retour giftcard

Half november online een broek gekocht. Na een week nog niks ontvangen. Zelf er achteraan gegaan en bleek dat mijn bestelling over het hoofd was gezien. Na ontvangst bleek de broek te klein dus in de winkel in Culemborg geruild. De bestelling moest geannuleerd worden en ik kon daar direct een nieuwe kopen. Overigens is de service in de winkel heel goed. Ik had online betaald met een giftcard. Het bedrag zou dan verwerkt worden. Na een paar dagen niks gehoord dus zelf contact opgenomen. Zou nog een dag duren. Na een paar dagen weer contact gezocht. Het probleem zit in de giftcard betaling. Blijkbaar kunnen ze geen tegoed op een account zetten of crediteren. Nieuwe digitale giftcard ontvangen per mail. Oké. Eindelijk afgehandeld. Maar toen is mij gevraagd naar de code van de giftcard waarmee ik toen heb betaald. Nee, die heb ik niet meer want waarom zou ik die bewaren na verzilveren? Toen is de nieuwe digitale giftcard geblokkeerd want er moet intern onderzocht worden naar die code van de giftcard. Tot op heden wacht ik nog steeds. Ik zal er weer zelf achteraan moeten gaan. Ik begrijp niet dat je klanten ontzorgt en het probleem intern oplost in plaats van klanten langdurig laat wachten. Onbegrijpelijk!

Dank je wel voor je review en voor het delen van je ervaring. We vinden het oprecht heel vervelend dat je zoveel stappen zelf hebt moeten nemen en dat het oplossen van de giftcardbetaling onnodig lang heeft geduurd. Dat is niet de zorgvuldige en soepele service die je van ons mag verwachten.

Fijn om te horen dat je in onze winkel in Culemborg wel goed bent geholpen, maar we begrijpen volledig dat het totale proces voor jou frustrerend is geweest. Het onderzoek naar de gebruikte giftcard had intern sneller en duidelijker opgepakt moeten worden, zonder dat je hier herhaaldelijk achteraan hoefde te gaan. Onze excuses dat dit niet zo is verlopen.

We hebben inmiddels persoonlijk contact met je opgenomen en bevestigd dat de giftcard is teruggevonden, verwerkt en weer actief is. Mocht er toch nog iets onduidelijk zijn, dan helpen we je natuurlijk graag verder.

Dank je wel voor je geduld en dat je de moeite hebt genomen om je ervaring met ons te delen. Je feedback helpt ons om onze service te verbeteren.

Eerst kreeg ik standaard antwoord maar met beetje doorvragen begreep Sophie de situatie en heeft daarna geweldig geholpen. Zoals het hoort, net even iets verder meedenken, met als restaat dat ik letterlijk de volgende dag alles in huis had wat ik wilde hebben met de fijne actie prijzen. Zij verdient standaard opslag!

Boxer Shorts Suitable

Habe Boxer Shorts bestellt, die laut Webseite schlank geschnitten sein sollen.

Es sind die absolut weitesten Boxer Shorts, die ich jemals gesehen haben.

Und das SAHNEHÄUBCHEN:

Ich darf sie nicht umtauschen.... aus hygienischen GrÃŒnden.

Obwohl ich von -5- Boxer Shorts nur eine ausgepackt und natÃŒrlich nur mit einer Unterhose darunter anprobiert habe.

So macht man GeschÀfte. Allerdings nur einmal mit mir!

Auf unserer Website wird angegeben, dass dieses Modell eine Modern-Fit-Passform hat. Zudem besteht die Boxer aus 100 % Baumwolle und enthÀlt keinen Stretch, was sich tatsÀchlich anders anfÌhlen kann. Return postage rip=off

I ordered a couple of pairs of trouser online in two different sizes to check which would fit me. Unfortunately, neither did, and they didn't have the correct size in stock. However, when I went to return them, I was charged GBP 14.95 postage. An absolute rip off, do not shop with this store!

Because we don’t offer free returns, we work with an external partner to keep the cost of a return label as low as possible. For the UK this fee is currently £14.95. After registering your return on our website, you’re redirected to our partner, where the label can be purchased and all required customs formalities are handled. With this service, return parcels usually reach our warehouse within three to four working days. This information is also listed on our Returns page and in our FAQ.

We understand that this can still feel frustrating, and it’s certainly not our intention to leave you with that impression. If you have any further questions about the process, please feel free to reach out to us.

Suitable offers excellent clothing at reasonable prices. I always succeed in finding something new that really suits me.
Three stars why? the courtesy of the client service department was off today. When I asked about the status of my order and delivery we found out that for some reason the package was sent to a general pick up point, where this in the past was always delivered to my house address. When I tried to discuss this, the service person kept repeating that this was an initial choice I made and not her fault. My inquiry then turned to a compliant after which she said she would come back to me and hung up the phone without saying good bye. I find it common courtesy to say good bye to anyone, even when a call doesn't go as planned or hoped. Same for me!

To me, this is very rude.

ATTENTION ARNAQUE VOL 50€

WARNING: SCAM!!! I placed an order on October 26th for €450 and was eager to receive the package as it was for my partner's birthday. But on October 30th, I received a very unpleasant surprise: I was told my order had been returned and that I would be refunded. I called customer service and received no explanation; they didn't know why my package couldn't be delivered, but told me not to worry, I would be reimbursed. Very disappointed not to have received my package, oh well, I'll find another gift. However, the unpleasant surprises continued this morning when I discovered the refund, not for €450 but only €400... I've been quietly robbed of €50 in addition to not receiving my long-awaited order... I should have been compensated for my disappointment and the time I wasted, but instead, I've been robbed of €50! Of course, customer service is in English, so it's very difficult to make myself understood... But I'll keep calling until I get my money back!! The least they could do is compensate me for my loss, but this website doesn't seem very reliable...

As discussed, your order was mistakenly processed as a return, which should not have happened. The missing amount of €50 was already refunded last Friday, so your full payment has now been returned to you.
We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience this has caused, especially since it involved a birthday gift. We hope this matter is now fully resolved to your satisfaction.
