We have been with Sulets for two consecutive years during university, and I would choose them again without hesitation. The affordability and range of properties are excellent.

Joshua Findlay was also an outstanding property manager from start to finish, always there to help and going above and beyond, even out of hours. He was extremely responsive and helpful, and I always felt I could rely on him.

Sulets made my viewing experience really positive today. From the moment I arrived, everything felt organised and welcoming. The property was shown clearly, and any questions I had were answered properly. I left feeling confident and happy with the place. As a student, I appreciated how simple and stress-free they made the whole process. I would definitely recommend Sulets to other students.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Sulets. Their properties are high quality, well looked after, and exactly what students need. It’s rare to find a housing company that gets both the people side and the property side right, but Sulets absolutely do.

Our property manager Josh really helped us a lot, he solved many issues and was easy to contact and was great at getting the landlord to do things!

I don’t ever review anything so use this as insight to how bad my experience was here, I lived here from september to april with a friend and i’ve had countless of problems being here from Mice to Cluster fly infestations. The least they could do to help their students living in their accommodation is to close ALL holes that allow for mice to enter a first floor building. When I complained about these unclosed holes, they always responded with trying to counter with “cleaning” issues or the fact that it’s our own mistake of signing the contract here despite having a viewing. The last time I checked, a viewing would be to see the spaciousness of an accommodation, working stove, size of kitchen and bedroom, not to be crouching down all day looking under cupboards and behind king sized sofas looking for hidden holes. It got to the point where every morning I believed taking the train from London to Leicester instead of living in the accommodation was more beneficial to me and not to my surprise, they didn’t give me any compensation for the extra travel I was doing daily and I ended up losing hundreds of pounds. The house was in an unhabitable state yet they refused ANY sort of help but a few poison baits that are very temporary and cost a few quid on amazon, instead of working on the root cause. Suprisingly, this wasn’t the end of it as the student house also had mould in the home, the state of such a home internally that looked so good externally through pictures on their websites, enticed me into taking the home for the year and ended up biting me in the back very soon, all of these issues and the constant complains via email and phone calls from my family and me aswell always led to the same answers, “please try to clean abit more” “we will put some rat poison in the home.” But didn’t bother with paying with any repairs where there were clear gaps and holes all over the home where mice can have access to the home. Gladly, my academic year is over now but im here to try help other students to NEVER sign any contract from sulets. And without accusing anyone, I feel as if their whole service is catered towards a profit of Landlords compared to healthy standards of living for students. I wouldn’t take this with a grain of salt as many other reviews have had the same consensus.

I find that the agent was very helpful and provided a lot of information about the units.

The location is very scenic and pretty. the person who showed me around, Ruta, was very enthusiastic and helpful when showing me around for my viewing.

Our experience with Sulets has been fantastic. A Special mention to Emma for going above and beyond for us. She was so helpful, kind, supportive and efficient in helping us to resolve a huge problem (not a problem with Sulets, I might add, but a personal problem with regard to accommodation requirements) All phone calls were returned promptly, emails answered, clear advice given and a professional, but empathetic response to a tricky situation. Sulets is the best accommodation group in Leicester. They are so welcoming when moving in, and if there is ever a concern, which rarely happens, they swiftly respond and address the situation.

I managed to lock myself out of my flat and with it being out of hours, I could have faced a large payment to sort it. However, Emma incredibly generously went to the office and got me a spare key to let me back in. I cannot express how grateful I am for this and they going above and beyond. It truly saved my evening plans with friends.

Sulets has promptly attended to an emergency situation (locked out of room) on a weekend, they were most helpful and concern and sorted the problem promptly.
