Stayed at a house share for 2 years and absolutely loved it! Minor maintenance things that got fixed.

Having owned the property for quite a few years now, I can honestly say that Emma Godsall is truly on it, she will keep you on your toes with messages and follow ups, however would I recommend Su lets ? Yes absolutely, many thanks Paul Rudkin

I have been involved in the private rental sector in Leicester for over twenty-five years and have utilised SULETS’s service since its inception in 2009. They have always worked very meticulously and provide a cost-effective quality service for landlords. I have always been impressed with their fair and transparent service to all students, as there are no agency, registration/ reservation fees to pay. A very recent example of their professionalism is Ruta’s dedication to securing a lease for one of my properties on the DMU side of town. She was extremely helpful and dedicated, with her key skills being communication and closing. Ruta has the ability to put everyone at ease, whilst remaining focused on the objective for both landlord and student. Over the years the SULETS team has always delivered with their first-class customer service and are problem solvers, should the need arise. Their knowledge and attention to detail are second to none and I have always found them easy to work with and willing to take the time to discuss my concerns.

In short, SULETS have always been reliable, organised and professional in all aspects of their work and dealings with me and I would have had no hesitation in recommending them for both landlords and students.

Really loved the property by Sulets and the process of booking and onboarding was smooth as butter. Special shout out and thanks to Mr. Joshua for being there in every query we had. Prompt resolution were made to rectify any issues we had but all minor. We would definitely recommend Sulets to anyone looking for accommodations that are not just peaceful and spacious but affordable at same time.

Emma G was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, helpful and persistent! She knew the asset well, had good relationships with the managers and made useful recommendations. There was a bit of to and fro but she kept me well informed throughout and I am pleased with the outcome for my son. Thank you.

We had this lovely woman named Emma helping us out as we wanted to do a group booking for a flat. She’s very good at communicating with students and is very good at explaining things and being clear. We had a wonderful experience with her as she helped us with everything happily.

I found Ruta & colleagues very accommodating when I was looking for studio accommodation but did not have much availability to view. Ultimately I have viewed and signed for a great deal on a central studio in the city.

i asked for help finding housing with my cat and all i got was a “we don’t do that.” In a day and age where people seemingly have pets over kids… you guys need to adapt your practices. help us help you. you came recommended to me and i am extremely disappointed in the “help” i received

Having lived in uni accom for first year, looked for private accommodation for next year. Found a place on sulets, got a viewing very quickly and paid deposits. Key collection was also very quick and the house had been deeply cleaned (except one room). Any time that there has been an issue in the house e.g. a leak, response times from sulets have been near instant and the issue has been sorted within the next 1-2 days. We have used them for our 3 years accommodation too and hopefully they will keep providing a great service. Thank you.

I have been using Sulets to let my private HMO properties to university students since 2014. I have always been pleased with their level of service. During 2024 Sulets have provided regular free webinars offering advice about the impending major changes to existing Landlord & Tenant legislation to be introduced in 2025. The webinars have explained the effect of the proposed changes and the options available for private landlords of student HMO's. This extra service over and above their usual 'letting's agent services' has been exceptionally helpful.
