Always very helpful

Professional & detailed marketing experience.
Good communication in dealing with any issue/repairs.

Sulets are a competent letting agent for students in Leicester. They are ideally situated to attract the student population in the city. They do all the activities needed by the Landlord.

Emma was very helpful with me finding the right accommodation, she went above and beyond, her service was amazing.

Poor communication overall. We went through 3 different agents before we found our place. No help sorting out utilities/internet. Seemingly two totally different ways to submit a deposit, neither explained clearly. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, overworked or just lazy, regardless they’re bad and I wish our landlord didn’t use them. I’ve put in more work getting everything sorted than Sulets has.

Several issues highlighted at Upperton road - at first staff paid lip service to promising repairs would happen, but then absolutely no reply to emails sent - escalated to the main office, again initial email reply but then nothing - absolutely disgraceful treatment of students and an utter contempt of any issues raised.

I had the pleasure of working with Emma Godsell during my search for a three-bedroom flat, and her assistance was invaluable. Emma was not only efficient and professional throughout the process, but she also went above and beyond to understand my needs and find the perfect property that fit both our group's requirements and budget.

What truly stood out, however, was Emma's support when I faced an unexpected situation that required me to be released from the tenancy. Navigating the complexities of finding a tenancy replacement was stressful, but Emma was there every step of the way, offering clear guidance, reassurance, and workable solutions. Her dedication, patience, and problem-solving skills made the entire experience far easier than I ever expected.

I couldn't recommend Emma enough to anyone in need of a reliable and supportive agent. She is truly a professional who cares about her clients and works tirelessly to ensure their needs are met.

It’s hard and taken a long time to get back your deposit. This is very wrong. People need their money to do stuff and plan. Putting in long process to give back deposit is not good.

Ruta was excellent from start to finish. She cares about her Client and is a professional. Ruta worked very diligently and conscientiously and secured my let for me - she delivers first-class customer service and is a problem solver, should the need arise. Her communication with me was on point as well. In short, Ruta was reliable, organized and professional in all aspects of her work. Fantastic - thank you.

I had a fantastic experience with Student Roost. The accommodations were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly supportive and responsive. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The location was also ideal, with easy access to campus and local amenities. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live while studying. Highly recommended

Swift and professional

We had our property managed by Josh and it has been great. If we needed maintenance work it was organised and carried out and was checked in on regularly so there would be evidence if anything was to be disputed at the end of the tenancy.
I would recommend going with Sulets over a private landlord, I have had a much better experience with Sulets than in previous properties with private landlords.

Great experience for university student living away from home

Room as described, helpful staff.

I was a great experience from the sulets and great and immediate response for ruta aswell.she was too good.

It was horrendous, do not go with this company.
Dirty living condition, lack of compassion and communication.
Rent and bill payment were a shambles.
We had 21 house viewings in the space of 6 months, with less than 24 hours notice.
Unkind staff in the office.

Sulets have been incredibly helpful. I originally ordered a studio for my university studies, during which the process was made very easy by the staff, who went above and beyond to answer questions. I was fortunate enough to be offered a degree apprenticeship, so I needed to cancel the studio for uni. Emma made this quick and easy, keeping me updated along the way, and ultimately finding another tenant. I recommend Sulets to anyone studying at university within Leicestershire.

Recently contacted Sulets regarding tenancy takeover for my contract. Emma Godsell helped me with the process and within a month was able to find someone to takeover my tenancy. Would recommend.

All students need someone like Emma to help them when things get hard. She’s been the best person to ever have helped me in sulets. I’ll never forget the kindness and the generosity she’s given me. Amazing person
