Great quality equipment
Although the order was delayed, when I followed up about feedback, it was given straight away. The quality of the product was excellent, and all items were shipped very satisfied with the equipment. Easy to setup.

Poor communications
For an online store, you would've expected faster online replies. Takes more than 3 days to reply and by then it's like "what's the point?".
Delivery was supposed to be around the end of February but got delayed until March. Only one email. Tried to email and ask what's the timeline roughly as I'll be away. Then bam out of nowhere it's on its way when I'm essentially out of the country =/

As of today, still no follow up phone call that replier mentioned they'll get someone onto it. It's safe to say that if my relative didn't help out then my items would've been stolen by now.
