I completed my Pilates Mat training with Emil and he’s grown so much as an individual and as an instructor. Clear fun cues and bubbly personality makes Emil’s classes relevant and relatable. Emil is on a mission to make pilates more affordable and I couldn’t support him more xoxo

Sunce, a Croatian word for “sun”. The most perfect business name to match Emil. In his class, I was able to feel his warmth and energy and he made me sweat, just like the sun! He made the Pilates class fun, as I have a love hate relationship with Pilates. And his playlist is also fire!

Incredible experience with Sunce Pilates! Emil is a wonderful instructor that provides a perfectly challenging class with optional modifications. His style of teaching encourages you to stay intuitive within your body and mindful of your breath and posture. His classes are truly so refreshing, leaving you feeling strong and grounded. I also love that the virtual classes essentially allow you to practice Pilates anywhere!

Emil always brings a positive attitude and provides variations of different poses that are accessible to a variety of experience levels. I always leave the class feeling great :)

I went to my first Pilates class lead by Emil at the Grimsby YMCA. It was amazing! He is an excellent instructor, and made sure everyone was aware of each exercise being done and offered alternatives for anyone who needed it. I thoroughly enjoyed the class. I will definitely being going to more of Emil’s Pilates classes. 😊👍

I am new to Pilates so really have nothing to compare this to but I find that Emil is very kind and knowledgeable. He offers modifications for every move. He is very encouraging as well. I quite enjoy his class especially the last few moments of breath work. 😂

The instructor was very nice, was always happy, and taught clearly. The instructor always had a positive attitude.

Love Emil’s Pilates classes!! He explains proper form really well and it’s easy to follow along during the class! Classes are fun, challenging and an overall great workout. Highly recommend!!!
