Thanks for your review and we sincerely apologize that your order was not shipped because it was out of stock. We didn't realise right away that it was out of stock due to the backlog we've experienced during the sale. We try our best to maintain 100% accuracy within our inventory, however, there are rare occasions that we experience an inventory error. We appreciate your feedback as we are always looking for ways to improve.
