I bought the Enora Long dress /Amazonia print at a local boutique and it’s stunning. The fabric is gorgeous and the dress well made. It’s actually not quite as bright in person as online and I wore it to a fall evening wedding. I did need to do some minor alterations. I’m only 5’2 but with a tall platform heel the length was okay. The sleeves were a bit long and surprisingly very slender in the upper arm (i’m considered petite).
I found Sundress online and also purchased the gold sequin bag held by the model wearing this dress. Equally beautiful and “usable” for many events! I reached out to sundress via email as I was short on time when I decided to purchase it. It was shipped to me promptly and carefully.

I received multiple compliments from both friends and strangers on this beautiful dress and handbag. Thank you Sundress!

I brought some clothes which I am now just wearing on my holiday (totalling 380 euros!). The maxi dress has not even lasted one day and is falling apart at the seams. I am so disappointed, for the price I don't think this is at all acceptable. I am waiting for the company to respond, I expect a full refund.

Matilde-further to your reply, the product is not fit for purpose, and it is my understanding that there is a 2 year statutory provision for this under EU law that you must as a member and provider of goods adhere to. Please do correct me if I am wrong. I am asking you under this provision to either repair or replace or refund the faulty item. You have my email address, please communicate further with me there.

Tissu de mauvaise qualité, transparent et mal coupé et fini … lorsque j’ai fait part de mes remarques à la marque on me dit que c’est un choix de la créatrice pour la transparence et mauvais repassage pour la finition - mais je redis que la qualité est médiocre pire que du SHEIN

Excellent experience. Wonderful dress and speedy delivery

Very pleased with Sundress, I am a returning customer. Easy browsing, with good description of the items, occasional (much needed) discounts, fast free shipping. Returns were also free, sadly they added a small charge now, but still easily processed with no delays. Customer service is responsive and helpful.
The clothes are mostly leisure-style, some I liked, some not so much. Their designs and fabrics are really special, although not always practical and the quality of workmanship varies.
The size range is OK for me, looks like there are more options for tall/plus-size rather than short/petite.

Qualité de la robe médiocre
Tissu sans doublage, trop fin, complètement transparent.
L’ensemble est très mal coupé, le trou au niveau du décolleté ne couvre rien, la poitrine dans son entièreté est à la vue de tous.
Les lanières du dos-nu sont mal coupées également, et sont trop lâches.
A ce prix-là, on attend beaucoup plus qu’une robe qu’on achèterait 5€ sur un marché.
Et ne parlons pas des frais de port et de retour exorbitants.
Première et dernière expérience avec Sundress.

Qualité médiocre pour ne pas dire dégueulasse, bien loin de justifier de tels prix !!
La procédure de retour est pénible mais livraison rapide. Gros bémol : remboursement partiel annoncé (10euros déduits du montant total) si vous ne gardez pas l'article.

J’ai commandé en urgence une belle robe à 190(!!!!)€ pour un mariage ce week-end. Vous auriez du voir ma tête en ouvrant le paquet….robe même pas digne d’être vendue sur SHEIN, qualité vraiment horrible, je suis choquée et vraiment trope déçue. Je ne recommande à personne.

La qualité des robes est plus que médiocre, des robes vendues à plus de 100€ transparentes à souhait ! On précise également les 10€ de livraison qui sont clairement abusifs quand on connaît les prix et les 10€ retenus en cas de demande de remboursement.
