A few years ago, I was gifted a Sunnamusk fragrance oil — Sultan — as an Eid present from my sister. From the very first time I wore it, I was genuinely blown away. The scent was rich, distinctive, and long-lasting. Every time I stepped out wearing it, the compliments were constant. People would stop me to ask what I had on. It became my signature, and I couldn’t get enough of it.

So you can imagine how disappointed I was when I went to replace it and found out it had been discontinued.

Determined to find something just as special, I made the effort to visit the shopping centre in Milton Keynes in person. I didn’t want to blind buy — I wanted to experience the fragrances properly before spending my money.

At the Milton Keynes shopping centre kiosk, I was assisted by a very helpful lady who was nothing short of an expert fragrance consultant. She clearly knew her craft and guided me in the right direction when choosing the fragrances. That was the part of the experience I truly appreciated and valued.

I left feeling confident in my choices and purchased six oils: Pinky, Millionaire Lady, White Musk, Amber Rose, Mystic Woods, and Soft Paradise.

Unfortunately, that confidence quickly turned into disappointment.

While all the fragrances smell pleasant, the performance has been extremely underwhelming. The longevity is poor, and the projection is almost non-existent. These are perfume oils — I expected them to last throughout the day and leave a noticeable trail, just like my original Sultan oil did. Instead, the scent fades far too quickly, to the point where it barely feels worth applying.

It’s hard not to feel let down. The entire point of going out of my way — travelling, testing in-store, and investing in multiple oils — was to find something that would deliver that same quality and experience I once had. Sadly, that expectation was not met.

What makes this more frustrating is knowing what Sunnamusk was capable of. My previous experience set a very high standard, and this recent purchase simply does not come close. It genuinely feels like the concentration or quality has changed.

I had even told my wife to get ready to be impressed, based on how much I loved Sultan. Instead, we were both left disappointed.

Good products speak for themselves — and it’s a real shame that what I experienced this time doesn’t reflect the brand I once admired so highly.

Staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend Sunna Musk to people looking to buy new perfumes, colognes, oils etc.

Absolutely love my signature EDP with matching fragrance oil - luxurious, perfectly balanced, and it feels uniquely mine! A big shout out to the staff at register - Mehjabin A whose excellent customer service made this possible.

Lovely item (bakhoor burner). Disappointed with the presentation box for this item though. It’s an Eid gift for someone else and the box is tatty and damaged. BFF ranking and packaging is really important and it looks like you’ve fallen a bit short. But, overall the item is nice.

Amazing product. Amazing customer service. The Manager in the Milton Keynes office has been more exceptional. My wife love sunnamusk product especially the Evanto and Victory.

I only experience 1 incident. There was time I purchased evanto oil set for a friend as she was going to gift someone and when she open it the bottle were not full just in the middle. I took it back to the store and I got an apology and they exchange the product for me. It was not a nice feelings as my friend thought that I used the perfume she gave me the money to buy so I lost a trust. Luckily when I got to the shop, they open up to 3 different set of bottle and they were half full as well.

It was embarrasing after I convinced my friend to buy the oil and she accused me which is the company fault. Imaging 3 big bottle and all were half short.

I’ve been shopping with SunnaMusk for ages. That are my favourite brand when it comes to rich, exquisite fragrances that cover all aspects of “smelling good”. From a sweet smell such as Golden Dust to a more masculine smell such as Abid Ambre, or whether you like floral as well. SunnaMusk is the place to go for both males and females as their scents are unisex as well. They also have ouds, candles and oil fragrances.

I personally go to the one in Milton Keynes as it’s closer for me. But the staff are very friendly and are very patient with their customers and they look professional and maintain a high standard of care.

I highly recommend visiting SunnaMusk. Love it

The salesman who sold me these was not ready to give me even my discount. I bought 6 Attars and I just asked for a memeber discount she dint gave me. I will never go to Milton Keynes branch again.I would really want Sunna musk to provide me with my discount .
