Diana, gave full information on this issue. She was looking for dates, and a hotel, and a plane that would fit our budget. Thank you again. My 1st time EVER writing a review for anything, in a hope i get some contact from Sunny breaks. iv been waiting for a reply for some weeks, i have called and spoken to customer service who say someone will be in touch, but nobody ever has, despite countless calls and e mails.
Arrived at hotel, was dropped off at wrong one,
but no big deal, was shown where ours was.. only to be told there was no room for us. after a while was offered a room that wasnt fit for human habitation. Even the receptionist said they wouldnt stay in there..
photos and videos were sent to customer services that same night. and were acknowledged by them.. had no choice but to stay in this room. This was only a short special break for my wife and i. i had no reassurance of another room the following day.
in fact the opposite from staff . so i wasnt prepared to take a chance on staying another night in there.. it was so bad, we didnt sleep all night nor could we shower in morning. I put sunny breaks on notice i was checking out and would deal with it when i got home. again, this was acknowledged. now im back, i cannot get any kind of response from Sunny breaks. despite saying i will be reporting them to ombudsman and or small claims court. I have never complained about any company before, and did not expect to be doing this for nearly 1 month without reply. i will now be starting court action as per my last e mail to Sunny breaks. Thank you..

Just back from a well deserved break with colleagues once again sunny breaks has not let me down have used this company several times and each time exceptional service was provided from minute of enquiring to returning 100% have dealt with Nick,John,and Gerry and first class polite and eager to meet your requirements keep up the good work lads I will be in contact soon to rebook 👍

Just been off the phone to Nick in SunnyBreaks and I have been waiting on a refund for £80 for the transfers being wrong for the holidays. I received an email from Nick saying the £80 was being processed and will be in my Bank Account within 3 days , that was the 25th July . After ringing many times with this company and getting no were I received a call 20 mins ago from Nick . I asked why the money has not been back in my Account and he said his Company, the Finance Department stopped the Payment as I put a review up on here about Sunny Breaks . I tried to explain to him that this was Discriminating against me and I am entitled to leave what ever review I want on anywhere that I Purchased something from . Like £2188 from Sunny Breaks holidays and my Contract was not fulfilled by Sunny Breaks . I hope I receive the money as promised in email on July 25 buy Nick and today by phonecall by Nick . I will also be pushing this matter forward for Compensation as the last 2 days of the Holiday were ruined by these things . So in all I have been shouted at by these people and I am Disabled and my Husband was shouted at also . The last 2 days of this Holiday was horrific because of these issues . And I will never think of using this Company again for these reasons . They just talk on the phone to try and get you off it quickly and do not like anyone standing up for themselves. After a brief web chat I then spoke to Jerry to complete my booking and he dealt with everything quickly and efficiently and pointed me in the right direction and was very helpful.

Wrongfully sold a Holliday told to be all inclusive served no alcohol and no international food as he said and told me transfers were included arrived at airport to no transfer and had to use Holliday money to arrive to my hotel at 1 am and when arrived and tried to contact didn’t want to know or help really don’t recommend these people
