John, the agent, was very helpful, the holiday I enquired about was unavailable so he looked to find me an alternative which was booked very efficiently, couldn't have been more helpful.

I was able to contact the company online with my query and John got back to me immediately. He answered my questions immediately and with no hesitation and was able to offer me a holiday within my budget and availability. He was extremely helpful and polite

I had to cancel my holiday as I couldn’t go on the date I won’t to go and they tried to get me the same as I had booked but got me better flight times and hotel

The modus operandi is human touch. It's nice to have a human on the other side help you customise your holiday to your liking in the world of automation and AI. Its assuring especially when its your 1st international holiday.
Ease of contact is another highlight.

Nick was great

Nick was great, very patient and helpful when trying to find me a short haul holiday with specific departure date. Kept loosing each other on live chat because of my signal but always found a way to get back in touch with me to complete the booking. Final payment taken by John who was also very professional and attentive

1st time on a comparison holiday website

I thought the Web site I did use was alright 'holiday discount centre' the price was good but then it kept rising so it wasn't the price on the web site but the representative did sort it out in the end to a price I wanted to pay so I am pleased with my 1st time experience of a holiday comparison website 😀 just a thing to bare in mind about whatever phone system they use couldn't make out a thing the rep was saying he had to phone me back on his landline.
