Great end to end experience with everything planned to the T and excellent support all throughout. They talked us through all available options after listening to our requirements patiently. They then planned the entire itinerary with recommendations of best possible options that fit our budget. I highly recommend them.

We booked a holiday last minute to Portugal in late December and we had a lot of help from Nick, who helped us find cheaper tickets and a good hotel for a lower price. He answered all of our questions and was really helpful in the booking process.

Booked holiday .
Arrived ,unprofessional got told woman pay to take turkish men to room ...Not safe to go by yourself, as they think every woman going for one thing.
S pests at the hotel. Knocked at my door at 01.50am. Cameras along every level & a phone ..yet still knocked and woke me up .
No rep, so logged complaint when I got home.
Then tell me they can't do nothing as i didn't report to rep !!

The booking process was well explained and well handled despite Hotel availability literally becoming unavailable during the booking. The alternatives were quickly sought based on the knowledge of the operator for my requirements. Smooth, easy and uncomplicated.

Nik was so helpful, called us back confirmed everything, explained What I didn’t understand, free upgrade to transport. Really nice experience.

So quick and easy seen the holiday online spoke on chat and he rang me went through everything individually confirmed everything and booked it nice and simple even paid half on booking and remainder to be paid next week, gave direct number and name if there is any issues to contact him directly. Great service highly recommend fantastic customer service

Booked our holiday with John really helpful and patient nothing was a problem with all our questions would definitely book with him again.

Do not book holiday or anything with this holiday company. They are frauds , booked holiday with this company and lost my documents and couldn’t go on holiday. And because it was their fault. Asked for refund , no refund kept getting phone out down on me . When trying to sort this situation out .

Couldn't of asked for a better experience really from start to finish. Obviously not everything goes to plan. Ryan air cancelled my flights and John from sunny breaks changed Mt flights at no extra charge with a free upgrade also molded my transfer times and we also go a day earlier now and only having to pay for 1 night extra we now have an extra day there. So all in all it wasn't there fault Ryan air did what they did. But it worked out for me and my partner.

I would deffo recommend sunny breaks holidays. They deffo go above and beyond I've been to the hotel twice in the past so can happily say we're going to enjoy our self's.
