Problème de livraison avec Chronopost qui a perdu mon colis puis l'a déclaré livré depuis une semaine alors que je n'ai jamais rien reçu, j'ai contacté le service client qui m'a répondu très vite et à chaque fois. Au final ils m'ont renvoyé ma bouée... en espérant que cette fois-ci elle arrive bien chez moi!

We received a faulty item and, after emailing customer service, a refund or replacement item was offered immediately. Alvin and his customer service team were so responsive and helpful.
This is how customer service should be, but rarely is. Barbara

We love our Sunnylufe Luxe Lie-On Lounger! Originally had it in olive and after much use, the cover began to tear. As soon as I reached out to Sunnylife to inquire about ordering a new cover, they (Alvin) replaced it with a new float. Excellent customer service and product. Will definitely be spreading the word and buying from them again in the future. Favorite float hands down in our pool.

I must say I have rarely seen such a quick and effective customer service after having bought a beautiful rattan pool floater. Highly recommend

I ordered two float loungers and they arrived quickly. One wasn’t holding air properly, so I emailed SunnyLife about the problem yesterday afternoon. I woke up today to an order confirmation for a replacement float, no additional questions asked. That was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Super impressed.

We love the loungers for our pool in Italy.
Last year we already bought 2 of them, This spring we ordered 2 more!
Several of our friends bought product as well and all enjoy them a lot.
Looking forward to our next summer holiday with these great loungers!

I ordered my first Ratan Rafts from Sunnylife and had an issue with one of the inserts. The team from SunnyLife was so quick in responding and solving my issue. The products are the best quality and I will come back for additional items just due to the fact that the customer service was top notch along with the highest quality pool raft I have ever bought. Really easy to use website and great priced products. Bought my daughter a range of bits for holiday and she was delighted to open the box. Had an issue with one item not arriving but Lene in the customer service team sorted it with 24 hrs, super friendly and great service, will defo be ordering again.

Thank you Sunnylife for the fantastic range of pool rings (I purchased 18 in various colours) for my milestone birthday pool party. The order arrived in perfect condition within a few days.

Got my grandson the van bed. He loved it and wanted to sleep in it right away. The was great but the mattress wouldn’t stay up. Wrote to the company and they took care of the problem right away. Great customer service. My grandson can’t wait for a sleepover.

Customer service was above and beyond! Replies were prompt and staff were so helpful when we advised of a faulty swim float.
The swim floats themselves are adorable and our baby loves his crocodile float!
