Website is great with pics and sales Reft is so comfy in my pool

I’ve bought the mermaid float and sorbet umbrella from SUNNYLIFE and I’m very pleased! The float is comfortable and sparkles gorgeous in the sun! And the umbrella is super cute! Bought both on a sale and I consider them excellent purchases!! Their products are unique, colorful and
well made!!!

I purchased a pair of beach chairs and a matching umbrella. 48 hours later received an email infomring me the chairs are out of stock but the umbrella has been sent. I explained that it was a matching set and due to their stock ERROR i would like to return the umbrella. After 5+ emails i am still waiting for a return label, i would AVOID this company, very unprofessional and questionable "setup". Stick to the main stream ecommerce stores who are happy to help when it comes to returns and refunds! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM!!

Update: They did refund me whilst waiting for the return label.

I purchased eight inflatable products. Four of them deflated over the next 48 hours and were completely defective. This was a real pity as they were very expensive. In total only two stayed inflated. I thought I was buying quality. They are not worth the money. Customer services could not help me at all. Though they did respond suggesting I take them back to the retailer.Interestingly John Lewis is not selling sunnylife this year. I spent over £500 pounds on them in total- do not waste your money and look elsewhere for quality pool products. This brand is far from that! Such a pity as they looked really good.

Bought armbands for my son multiple times.It’s his third pair and it lasted only 3 days of use.The ones we owned before lasted for a week,which is not ok too.Poor quality but cute design.

My order arrived so quickly! My wife was shocked. The beach chair that you can wear on your back has been thoroughly used this summer. We’ve taken it everywhere. Beach, bushwalking, the park. So convenient.

I found this brand online and decided to give it a try. Love the design, love the quality and my kids still play with anything SunnyLife, they LOVE their smiley goggles! I will definitely be buying more for the summer.
As for customer service, I had an issue with one of their products and got a reply back within 24-48hrs, which is totally normal and they helped resolve the issue I had with no reservations. Since then, I have recommended SunnyLife to my friends.

I love all of the Sunnylife floats and products! I have probably 20+ floats and keep ordering more! They are super cute and very high quality. Their beach accessories make for great gifts and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchases!

Best products for the beach and pool. Especially love the glitter products. I have the float and the beach ball. Love the sling floats I have as well. Cute design and high quality. Lasts for multiple years. I recently replaced my worn out Sunnylife pool bag with a new one and was disappointed that it was smaller and that the handles were fabric. The old version was very large and the handles were built into the bag itself. Please make another one that is similar. It was the best!

The White Swan is, and always will be, the centrepiece of our pool every summer. The kids love it and so do we!

My daughter used the unicorn vest 8 days ago, the strap on the bottom chafed her so bad, it hasn’t healed till now, and will probably leave a nasty scar. The material is way to harsh for a child to use. After sending a message to the customer service, i got a standard email with instructions how to wear the vest. No apologies were made, no solutions were offered. I recommend steering clear of this company.

I love the Glitter Hammock. This is the best float, so compact that I was able to pack it in my luggage for my holidays. Came with a repair patch and inflation instructions to which was handy.

Poor quality, Lilo lasted 3 uses and the seams split. $90 product, don't waste your money.

If you’re after a “designed in Australia” but 100% made in China beach umbrella then this is for you.

Quite possibly the cheapest possible parts have been hand picked to assemble this overly priced designed in Australia product.

I can’t believe the price of this thing considering the parts would literally cost cents.

This product has been carefully crafted with one purpose in mind, this purpose is to make as much money as possible per unit whilst leaving the customers guessing as to how many days this cheap product will actually last.

Ours lasted an amazing 5 trips to the beach. Before the so cheaply hand picked parts just started to crumble.

So yes, choose this product if you’re after a fun beach activity and betting game between the family to see if it will make it through your week long holiday.

I placed my order for 2 beach chairs 6 days ago, my payment went through immediately. My chairs have not been despatched and my emails/telephone calls go unanswered! It is the height of summer, im on my last days of leave and dont have my beach chairs - am sitting on my towel on the sand at the beach! Not happy or impressed. Bad follow up customer services.

Zipper was defective after two days and the wallet that arrived did not resemble the one advertised
