Los tejidos los buscamos para que encajen con los diseños que queremos de proveedores de todo el mundo. Cómo verás en las fotos y los vídeos del catálogo de Bikinis, hacemos los shootings nosotras mismas en las localizaciones que nos gustan: Ibiza, Mallorca, Menorca, Alicante, Lanzarore, Sicilia, Croacia, Grecia, Creta... Los bikinis los llevamos puestos nosotros y queremos mostrar cómo quedan realmente. Y es que realmente quedan muy bien. Son conjuntos seleccionados con mucho cariño. Son para llevarlos nosotras. Y por eso creemos que gustan y quedan bien. Nuestra historia nace en el Mediterraneo. La tienda comenzó en 2020 con el COVID. Y desde siempre lo hemos tenido claro. Nosotras no somos Amazon. No vendemos bikinis para llenar carritos. Hacemos bikinis para vivir el verano como se debe. Durante la temporada de verano solemos tener muchos pedidos y a veces puede haber retrasos puntuales en contestar dudas o en la entrega. Muchos de los mismos se deben a que no hay nadie en casa para recibir el pedido, la dirección está incompleta o falta el teléfono. Asegúrate de poner todos los datos cuando hagas el pedido para agilizarlo al máximo! Os agradecemos todo el cariño a las más de 20 mil clientas que habéis comprado alguna vez uno de nuestros bikinis. Ho scoperto il negozio a Ibiza, nella cittadina di Santa Gertrudis, e mi era piaciuto molto un modello in lurex, ma non avevano la mia taglia (L).
Qualche giorno fa, è ricomparsa la loro pubblicità e l'ho ritrovato. Sono riuscita ad acquistarlo ed è arrivato in 5 giorni. La consegna in 24 ore mi ha salvato il viaggio a Ibiza... Sto per partire per Ibiza con il mio ragazzo. Trascorreremo due giorni a Madrid per incontrarlo e mi sono appena resa conto di non aver portato i costumi da bagno! Un'amica mi ha detto che a Ibiza si può fare il bagno ad aprile! E io non lo sapevo. Ho effettuato l'acquisto e in 10 minuti ho ricevuto il numero di tracciamento... Grazie mille all'operatore del servizio clienti! So di essere stata un po' insistente per assicurarmi che arrivasse in tempo...

PESSIMI
Ordinati 3 costumi con promo 3x2 a metà agosto.
L’ordine risulta ancora in fase di elaborazione, invece è arrivato un pacco contenente un solo un costume.
Ho inviato alcune mail di reclamo ma sono tutti latitanti.

Delivery is a struggle
Delivery is a struggle, I bought 3 bikinis on 11/06/25 and the order came separately with (3 tracking numbers )
2 of my orders only arrived after my holidays one month and half later and the other bikini hasn’t arrived yet today’s date is 11/8/25. I noticed that the package doesn’t come from EU it’s from somewhere in China.
The two peaces that I bought and arrived looks ok and good quality.

We have checked and what happened is that no one was at the delivery address to receive it.
On the second delivery attempt, we notified you that you could pick it up yourself at the nearest post office (we informed you by email).
If you do not collect your order within 15 days, it will be returned to our office. Therefore, after notifying you by email, we sent it again.
We are very sorry that we were unable to contact you during the delivery process and that, as a result, it took a month to arrive after two attempts.
We are happy that you like the quality of the bikinis. We are proud that you have expressed your satisfaction with the quality.
We want to compensate you with a gift that we will send to your email.

SPAM COMPANY! DON'T BUY HERE
Because I can’t give them a -100 because they are totally a Spam company.
I ordered 3 bikinis to this shop and none of them was as per the picture. Even though I received one that was totally another model. Also it took ages to them to arrive and each of them arrive in a different day.. it was the same order!
I contacted them several times to email and through their website and nothing.. so when I started writing reviews in their social media pages he contacted me back asking about my issue. I saw them the pictures and the problem and after to many days pushing them they finally told me that the will refund my money back but…. SPOILER ALERT: it never happened!!! And all of the sudden, they goshing me..
I have proof of everything and I won’t stop until they refund me every euro!

Pedí un bikini el día 29 de julio, pagando 15 euros para que llegase en 24-48 horas. He intentado contactar con ellos por el chat, por correo, etc SIN RESPUESTA. El pedido ha llegado hoy día 7 de agosto y tachan!! Cuando he abierto el paquete es un bikini de Shein o Temu que no cuesta más de 5 euros. PAGINA ESTAFA!!!

El bikini era igual que el de la foto. Lo quería para un viaje y llegó a tiempo. La talla es similar a la que uso normalmente, se ajusta bien.
