easy booking, flights to Innsbruck with luggage included and reserved seats; excellent trasfers, high quality hotel with outstanding food and great facilities

My first time using Sunweb. Superb experience.
Fantastic price including lift pass. For the 2 of us it worked out at approx £300 for the accommodation!! We had a 2 bed, 2 bath very spacious CGH lovely apartment in Samoens. South facing with large balcony. On site pool and spa.
The communication from start to finish was fantastic with our lift passes ready to collect (in an envelope with our names on ) at the lift pass office.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

We would highly recommend that anyone wanting a nice ski holiday book with a different company. We booked half board at Hotel Les Sitelles (La Plagne) for 6 days.
Reception/ staff; Generally unfriendly, a few amongst them that were nice but generally wasn’t made to feel welcome
Food; Appalling, think school dinners but with less options and no idea of what you’re going to be having day to day
Room; Average room, but never cleaned, no towels changed (if you wanted an extra towel for the sauna it costs money), they did empty the bins but otherwise no cleaning done at all. Website says hairdryer available- there’s 3 for the whole hotel and they were never free
Sauna; Broke midway through use and were told to just book another day
Transfers; We booked a later flight time (18:50) through Sunweb to ensure we had an extra day skiing (meaning we also paid for ski hire and ski pass for the extra day) then our transfer was booked at 12:00 because others were going to the airport earlier meaning we had to spend 6 hours at the airport before our flight.

Good prices, lots of choice and a very clear website which is easy to navigate.

My first trip with Sunweb, friend booked, all I can say is WOW!
Vaya resort in Fierbrunn (near Salbaach) was excellent! 4* but deserved poss 5* rating. It had everything from a spacious room with a lovely balcony to full sauna and indoor outdoor pool facilities. The food was superb, we ate so much! You couldn't wish for more.
Yes - the ski and boot hire, and the Lift Pass was included in the deal. Lift pass alone would have been 450euros if we had to pay!
So highly recommended for outstanding value, and for 1 week skiing near to Salbaach for 2 just under £3200 including flights, transfers (BMW 7 series picked us up!!!) superb hotel, Half Board, lift passes, ski and boot hire, close to Salbaach, no other holiday company could match the holiday we just had! Well done Sunweb!

Excellent by all accounts

First time we’ve used a package holiday in a long time and everything went well.
Our flight was delayed and we arrived late at the hotel but contacting the Sunweb rep this was all sorted and the hotel was ready for our late arrival

Great value for money if you need ski passes and ski equipment (which let's face it if you are going skiing is likely). Ski school prices are determined by ESF (other providers are available in resort).

This was my first experience of booking with Sunweb and specifically wanted to revisit Les Deux Alpes having skied there earlier this ski season.

The downsides are high transfer costs from airport to resort and depending on the airline you use restrictions on luggage. You also need to be conscious that the transport to/from the ski resort will be dependent on other people traveling on the shared vehicle.

I found it a bit tricky booking the extra options and getting them right, but despite my simple user errors, the process to rectify was simple and importantly cost free.

As I organise several trips a year for myself, family and friends, I am looking forward to seeing how the overall experience of using Sunweb compares to other providers.

Organisation of vouchers and tickets in one place, instructions pretty good. Partners comms very good too.
Only would recommend checking collection tickets instructions in real life as mine required stamping and signature by delegate which was not clear. Thankfully delayed me only a little.

Simple to navigate

Easy to book, add on additional items. Got in touch via WhatsApp after booking to amend and everything was dealt with efficiently. Accurate descriptions of accommodation and resort.

All worked well, transfers and hotel were great. Jet2 flights were 1 hour late each way but did not spoil the holiday.

A good deal compared with other sites. Having the lift pass included was good also.

Booked a great value 5 day ski trip for 4 adults. Hotel was brilliant and just as detailed on the web site. The communication throughout was perfect and everything was made simple. The only thing I sorted separately was the transfers, which I used a hire car, everything was included which made organising so easy. Would 100% recommend Sunweb and I will definitely be using again for next years trip.

Very good value, the booking system was easy to navigate.

Booked a double room/towels/open space apartment and arrived with no reception open and walked into a twin room with no towels once we eventually found out how to receive the key. Not a great start but was there for the snow. Kitchenette was not well equipped, had to make beds (sheets were dirty and hairs) dogs are welcome in the rooms but many dog owner guests do not realise how much their dogs bark once the owner(s) leave their room. One roll of toilet sand paper left for a couple staying one week…. Come on guys you can do better!

Hotel was Odalys L‘Orée des Pistes.

Great access for ski in/ski out just need to up their game and rooms.

Big JCB arrives early to clear snow and buses are pretty decent too. Just remember to take a snow shovel to dig out your car!

First rate customer service. They took care of absolutely everything. Will definitely use again.

If it goes well , then great but if you need anything from them when there is a problem , they do not appear to be in a position to help. Everything is « take it up with the taxi driver , the airline , the hotel , the ski hire shop etc et »
The accommodation will likely be the rooms / apartments that would not be sold otherwise so don’t expect the glossy management photos that are used to sell you the holiday.
So , in summary , just go independently and pay a little extra to get the place you actually want and don’t rely on any travel agent like help from Sunweb as you will be wasting your breath.
