I purchased a Geberit shower toilet and needed a connection set for my cistern. I was referred by Geberit to a number of retail stockists. I chose Superbath and stated my requirement to a lady named Helene. She was absolutely brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful, straight to the point.

I wish I could give them a zero! This company is a scam! I ordered a part 4 weeks ago! After 2.5 weeks I followed up, they said the part isn't being manufactured anymore and they take another 2 weeks to refund the money! They are basically making money out of keeping your money! They haven't even had the decency to take the product down! It's still in their website for people to make the same mistake, because they make money out of it!

The order was fulfilled as expected.

This is now my third order from Superbath and so far the quality of the items have been top drawer.

I did have delivery issues that were out of Superbaths control on one of my orders where I received first class communication and customer service from Helene which helped resolve the issue promptly.

I would highly recommend this company.

The range of products available is terrific and the prices incredibly competitive - makes it really handy to be able to order so much from the same place and have it delivered in one. Great experience all round!

Ordering was easy and looking forward to getting the new toilet seat.

Ordered a geberit toilet frame when I realized it was coming from Germany I was worried how long it it take. 4 days later it arrived in perfect condition thank you

Absolutely rubbish delivery service with no phone pick up.My order has gone AWOL and I have no way of contacting them.

This company untruths, I advice any person not to deal with them, when you try to call them the answering machine replying: we are closing until 8th of January 2024 despite all uk firms return to usual working day from 27th. I believe this company should not allowed to work inside UK as their base in Germany, as well they are contact me by emails boy out of working hours, they are calling me after 10:00 pm, it is really funny company.

The only issue was that the item was shipped from Germany and took much longer than the stipulated 3-5 days. Otherwise no issues.

Easy to order - excellent price!

My sinks should have been here last week, I had to chase them today to be told my order is delayed. They also tried to CHARGE ME EXTRA FOR THE DELAYED ITEMS on a separate delivery (are they joking?). They couldn't offer to help me find an alternative and were very abrupt. Harrowing experience and a lot of precious time wasted. Will look elsewhere.

Overall a very good experience. The only issue was because the item was being shipped from Germany it took a little longer than I expected.

Although I couldn't place my order via the website when I first tried which was frustrating, the customer service team were so polite and helpful on the phone which was great and what they suggested worked straight away.
I also liked how their website was easy to navigate and each product was linked to other parts you may need which was helpful if it's your first time buying anything like this!

Fantastic customer service. Prompt and helpful. It's real people there.
Plus, prices are fantastic and delivery was quick.
I can only recommend warmly.
