Customer service was very helpful and respond any questions promptly.

This company was able to find and supply a spare part for an old model shower control unit. Helene communicated at every stage with clarity and accuracy and responded immediatly to any questions I asked,her work and efficiency was superb

Faulty Grohe flush plate returned and replaced.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered a loo on 24 December, worth over £2000. It arrived today 7 March, and is smashed to smitherines inside the box, currently still standing on the doorstep on the pallet. I would happily attach photos. The driver of the truck ran off, even though we asked him to wait. He told us that even if it was broken, he wasn’t going to accept it back. I have asked for a refund - will post on here how long it takes to arrive, given others’ very negative experiences. AVOID.

If there was a -1 option this would be the best option for this poor company, do not buy I have been waiting for a toilet flush for over 3 weeks now. They respond with a standard response saying its still in transit which is total rubbish - DO NOT BUY - I am thinking the are going under - Do not forget your long distance legal selling regulation rights to do a charge back from your Debit or Credit Card company. - Based on the below it says returned to sender so you have it - As per long distance selling regulation our contract isnt completed until I receive the the goods.

Ordered with a 4 week lead time, but a day later was advised it would now be 6 weeks.
Was eventually delivered after 10 weeks.
After the 10 week wait, ALL items (not 1 or 2) were delivered badly damaged and useless.
Notified Superbath of the damage immediately.
Every subsequent contact was initiated by us.
Superbath made no pro-active contact. Not once.
They made no offer/attempt to replace the items. instead they said that they were dealing with the courier!
They didn't return calls when promised (they never actually called back).
They didn't offer a refund or replacement at all.
In desperation we raised a claim with the credit card company who placed an immediate credit back to us.
The refund had absolutely nothing at all to do with SuperBath.
They refused to collect the damaged items which remain sitting on our driveway 1 month later.
Words fail us.
By far the worst supplier we have dealt with.

Bought my Grohe tap from superbath and received excellent service. The tap was delivered in 6 days even though it was sent from Germany. The tap has just been installed as I had to wait for my regular plumber. I am delighted with the quality and price and was kept informed about delivery. Would highly recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again. Thank you very much to superbath.

Helene has provided outstanding customer service throughout my dealings with Superbath.

Over a period of a few months, she has consistently exceeded my expectations and always provides prompt, helpful and friendly replies to all of my emails and questions.

I will keep coming back to Superbath for as long as you have people like Helene working for you, she is a model single point of contact and account manager.

The fact that in this modern day and age that a company sells a products without simple part replacement is an utter joke. The handle broke that turns the shower on an off as most a £15 part but the shower does not have any spares or replacement which means I had to buy a whole shower set just for that one piece what a waste. Then to be charged £20 for delivery is outrageous.

Excellent communications. Items well packaged and delivered on time. Quality items, would recommend using this company.

Bought a shower tray toilet and shower system in November it arrived in February. The shower tray had no waste so ive had to buy this in addition. I bought the toilet as seen in the picture as a full toilet and just the pan arrived so now i am having to pay £350 +vat for a seat and cistern. When i called to ask to send the pan back i was told i had to pay for a courier to collect it which im still waiting for a cost for. The items come from germany so if your wanting products quickly do not order from this company. When i asked to speak to a manger i was told there isnt one. Ive spent alot of money with this company and received the worst customer service ever. Dont buy from them they are a joke of a company!!!!

I made a mistake on my order but thankfully was sorted out as soon as office hours were open. I was super stressed when I read some of negative reviews on some sites but I must say, I have been SUPER impressed with their service and especially Helene. Whatever was changed or cancelled was refunded and delivery took place without any further stress. The company is a legitimate company offering fantastic prices. Only one issue I thought needs to be addressed, is that the website indicates delivery in 7-14days. This is misleading as items are delivered to Superbath's warehouse in Germany and then shipped to the UK so can take a little longer. On the whole, I would definitely use them again

I looked forward to reviewing my experience, so here's an honest review. My biggest doubt was whether this website was legit, and it turns out it is. You can pay with PayPal anyway, so that helps. I can therefore confirm that the prices are insanely cheap. I saved a minimum of £1000 (going up to £2000) on just one item. I tried customer service once by email after ordering, and I received a prompt reply - all fine. All you need to be warned about is that all items are shipped from Germany. An "in-stock" pallet delivery takes 2 weeks, which I suppose is within the 10 working day estimate, although there is some contradiction on the delivery page (the picture shows 6 working days). The pallet was packaged well, and the item arrived safely.
So in conclusion, if you can wait 2 weeks for an in-stock item, these guys are the best. I can't imagine how long an out-of-stock order would take though... If you need a product fast, then look elsewhere and pay a bit more.

I was skeptical about ordering from Germany to the UK due to potential customs fees etc, but other than the long delivery time, which I was told about from the beginning, everything worked well with no hidden costs. The customer service was excellent (both on the phone and via email) with some technical questions and when I returned one item.

Helene was very helpful, and quick, dealing with my problem.
