As anyone who has been in a situation where a loved one can no longer fully care for themselves knows, it can be very difficult to know what is best for them. Supercarers is such a lovely, personal company who use their own experience to help others in a similar situation. It is very reassuring to know that they actually care that our loved ones will get good, reliable care from their carers. Any emails, advice, etc that I receive from Supercarers always relates to their own experience, which I find comforting and reassuring. The carer they have provided for my Grandmother is fantastic. My Grandmother loves her too! We are now looking to increase the hours of care for my Grandmother and are in the process of finding an extra carer through Supercarers, as we wouldn't even bother looking elsewhere for one!

We found SuperCarers online and made our first booking with them last week to support my husband who has MS. We were very happy with the service from the whole team. The booking process was easy and the team kept us in touch about the carers they had in mind for this assignment. We had the opportunity to speak to the carer before the date of the booking, which was very reassuring. The carer was punctual, efficient, cheerful and very good company. She looked after my husband very well and coped with our large dog. We would not hesitate to use SuperCarers again or recommend them to others. It was a very positive experience from start to finish.

Supercarers have been excellent at all stages....nothing was too much trouble and all our needs were met and the best part is that it was so easy! We have two carers doing nights for us and they have been incredible! Thank u to everyone at supercarers xx

Daniel was great at coordinating and arranging for Rolly to visit my Grandpa. Rollywas absolutely fantastic. A real "supercarer", her bedside manner was impeccable and she was attentive, caring, interested and genuine. I can't recommend Rolly high enough. Thanks to both for the short-time SuperCarers looked after my grandfather, they did a great job.

Within minutes of my initial conversation with SuperCarers I knew we had made the right choice! They were so helpful on the phone, quickly followed up the request by providing all the information we required in order to decide what care was best for my grandparents. Really pleased with the level of commitment, support and engagement from Supercarers. Management team and carers excellent, and they work closely with us to provide the best possible experience for our relatives. Also important is that carers are paid a good hourly rate which recognizes the great work they do. This was very important to us in ensuring we got the best possible care team for our relatives.

It's so frustrating when your dealing with a company who don't get back to you when they said they would. It's especially annoying when your trying to plan care for a relative and as they are elderly they are even more anxious to know what is happening and when.
I really appreciated the way the team worked to always let us know what was happening and when.
The carer was great and we rated the whole experience highly.

We were looking to organise some care for my grandfather in NW London, and I came across SuperCarers online. I thought it was a fantastic idea as I have always felt that traditional 'agencies' are slow to respond and are very impersonal.

Our conversations with SuperCarers were, however, the total opposite: personal, professional and fully focussed on finding the best care for my grandfather.
