Having spoke to Daniel on the phone to book care for my elderly parent, I found the SuperCarers service incredibly efficient. They took no time in finding somebody suitable and I'm very happy with the carer they've placed with my dad.

I was highly impressed with the personal and professional nature of the service i received from the super carers team.

Whilst things are really manic and stressful, they were able to make everything smooth and easy - i'm really grateful.

Daniel and the team were proactive and found a carer for my Mum. they took their time to consider the specific needs required. I would highly recommend their service. They genuinely had the best interests of my Mum in the process.

Couldn't be more impressed. SuperCarers do exactly as they say in their name - they care. During a difficult time for my family they have provided a great service and have understood the needs of my family member. As a doctor I have seen first hand the importance of good care outside of hospital and Adam and Daniel both work tirelessly with complete professionalism to ensure this. The carers they have provided have been exceptional and I will continue to recommend them to others with no hesitation.

Our Mother needs full-time care at home, and we were all pleased to learn about SuperCarers and with the service they have provided. What first attracted us to the advert, was the fact that they are 'accredited to the Living Wage Foundation', and we have remained impressed how caring Adam and Daniel are to their carers, as well as being concerned for those needing care and their families. They have worked hard at finding a suitable carer, and, when we had one 'false start', a potentially very difficult situation was dealt with as easily as possible for all. SuperCarers have a difficult task and are proving themselves to be more than equal to it, and I am pleased to have recommended them to others and trust I shall continue to be able to do so. .

The gentlemen in the office had a first class attitude. They dealt with the needs of my elderly relative with patience, compassion and efficiency.
The carers provided at short notice were excellent.

I heard about SuperCarers from a friend and decided to make a booking for my grandma. The website was incredibly easy to use, and the process of selecting a carer and making the booking was actually enjoyable. Most importantly, the standard of care was excellent, professional and affordable. My grandma is particularly fussy and even she was a happy customer! We will certainly be using SuperCarers again.

Mum was very very poorly, and her regular carers were on holiday. Used super carers and were very impressed by the two different ladies that helped us care for mum. Both ladies were warm and gentle and had enormous patience when caring for mum. Would recommend without reservation.

Have been very impressed with SuperCarers. We had an immediate need for care for my mother on Xmas eve and they managed to find two carers within hours. Whilst it is only an introductory service, all the carers we have met have been very good and professional and importantly caring.
Adam and Daniel are very responsive, flexible and friendly and make you feel that the needs of the customer are central to what they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Young ,impressive caring team .When you have no idea where to turn they guide you through your difficult time and seems to be open when everyone else isnt !!!
The carers sent to my mother are truly carers -people that go out of their way to help and make things better -or as well as they can be .

Supercarers have been excellent in ensuring that the right carer was found for my husband. They were very thorough in their approach and extremely understanding of the situation. They provide a very personal service.

SuperCarers offer a genuine, professional and caring service. From the initial meeting and detailed brief that was taken, I knew they had grasped my families complex requirements for a temporary carer. They put in as much time and effort as if this would have been a permanent placement. My family and I felt completely supported at all times and everything they offered as part of their service they came up and with more. They went beyond my expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again!
