This was the most horrible experience I ever had in the eyebrow section IN WESTFEILD STRATFORD I was abused not only by the eyebrow lady who after cutting most of the top part my eyebrow off called her male manager ATIF to verbally abuse me for my frustrations Sonia the manger was the only staff member who acted with grace THANKFULLY THE OTHER CUSTOMERS CAME TO HELP AND DEFEND ME, THIS STORE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED

Amy, at the Beccles shop was so helpful and knowledgeable. I asked her where I could find a soap dish and she took me straight to the shelf and gave me one which I said was perfect and thanked her. She then asked if there was anything else I needed, which I did, and again she showed me the choices. Thank you Amy for you kind help and care.

Lovely service from Lala at the Hounslow Superdrug perfume counter. She was very friendly, helpful, and made the shopping experience great!

My 81 year old husband has limited mobility and has diffulty going to the further parts of our Ripon Superdrug store. Paul and his staff ask his requirements and get them from the shelves so he can pay at the till.

I came to Superdrug Doncaster frenchgate yesterday for a wax and tint. I was seen by Bryony and she was amazing! So gentle and professional! Speaking to me throughout to make sure I was comfortable! I will be back! Such an amazing service!

Was served by a very polite boy at superdrug in Epsom today who helped me finding the product I was looking for. And got to see his name from the badge, thanks Jason.

Visits to store on St Stephens st Norwich have always been positive for me ,staff are always polite and helpful.
A particular shout out to Jodie and Alisha who have both been very helpful in assisting me with make up choices ,
However I often shop online to avoid carrying heavy items and would not give five stars for this service at all .
It’s become incredibly difficult to get help with order problems and phone numbers are no longer obtainable .

Called in today for eyebrow & Lip threading, received a great service from a lovely lady and very good at her job. Reasonable prices as well.

I popped into the store in Bitterne, Southampton to purchase a replacement lipstick. Assistant Tina came over to help with my colour choice and told me about the current offer of 3 for 2 on cosmetics! Needless to say, I took advantage of the offer and was able to replace more of my current makeup at a fraction of the price. Well done Tina for your great customer service.
All the staff I encountered at Bitterne were helpful and cheerful, a very pleasant shopping experience 😀

On Saturday, Khadija in Brent Cross was fantastic.She helped me find the perfect products, and the whole experience felt relaxed and enjoyable.

Faulty item received. Getting hold of someone to arrange return was stressful and 2 months after returning still no refund. Have had to raise a charge back through card company

Went into Superdrug Tottenham court rd waited 10 minutes whil the women behind the counter was chatting to a customer all about were she came from that she was going on holiday next month I had my dog outside so I couldn’t wait so Superdrug lost out on £60 absolutely terrible service I will use boots in future

Looking for perfume I was served by Matthew at Bishop Auckland, Tindal Crossing Superdrug. He was so helpful and there is nothing this young man does not know about perfumes. If you need a new perfume go and visit this branch you won't be disappointed. His customer service is fabulous

I often get my eyebrows threading from Dharmi. She is amazing and I am always fully satisfied with her service.

Ordered from them and needed to cancel the order, but it’s from their ‘marketplace’ sellers so clicked the link they provided, which turns out to be unsafe and won’t load. Total scam. Marketplace is just bad dropshippers with BS websites and return policies it seems to me. Beware.

Caterham store staff are helpful.
