Not great
Not great, I bought neon leds that were ip67 rated. That means they can be submerged in 1 meter of water. They were outlining a pool above, not submerged. They lasted one month then started failing. I called the company for a replacement and they said no.

Tl,dr. Loved the responsiveness of customer service. I only had opportunity to discuss with Violet. She was very prompt, kind, and professional.
After doing some online research, I decided to try this company out for a behind-the-tv light setup.
Long story short, there was a component delay (which I am not surprised about considering world events). However, I was pleasantly surprised by my communication with Violet. She even helped me make a modification to the order as it hadn't started production yet (changing the adhesive backing).
For me, dealing with a company that provides a human connection is major bonus points. Even though I do not expect my product for a few weeks, I am very happy with my interactions with this company this far.
