Erica from the Residential & Business Support Team at Superloop was very helpful, knowledgable and patient. She was capable and helped guide me through technical troubleshooting my NBN connection issue ruling out potential faults one by one where she then understood where issue was. She resolved the portion of the fault that she was able to and Escalated the remainder of the fault to NBN to remotely reconfigure my HFC NTD.

Tom was my very helpful assistant

Tom was my very helpful assistant.
The Gentleman that assisted me was fantastic.
We had over a 30 min contact and the whole time he was patient ,helpful and polite.
He solved my problem and all with good grace and empathy.
I have nothing but praise for Tom.
