I had such a great experience with Ched.


I had such a great experience with Ched. The customer service was absolutely amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel easy and stress free.
You can tell he really knows his stuff —super helpful, patient, and genuinely cares about making sure you understand everything. It’s rare to come across service like this these days. Highly recommend

5 stars for Bert from Exetel

I'd like to really compliment Bert on how he dealt with me. I was very frustrated by the time he spoke with me.
I was very upset after 20mins we got disconnected and thought he may have hung up on me. But Bert called me back and after another 33 mins had sorted the issues that I'd been having for overa month and spoken to 3 other consultants in that time with no resolution.
