This supplier sells dated products and is not the same taste as the same product that is not dating. I purchased three boxes of protein bars and was very happy with my purchase until I opened up each package. Every chocolate bar was supposed to be brown in color was completely White. I reached out and they told me it was edible. It may be edible but the taste is no longer what is expected out of chocolate. There is no refund and no exchange on their products. There is a reason why they are telling you there is no refund. They are consciously aware that their products are dated and everybody will request a refund. This is the last time I purchased from this company and I hope enough people read the reviews and do not support this company. Spend a couple dollars more to get the right product and do not support this company until they go bankrupt. They offered no money back no refund and they stopped communicating me with me completely. I will reach out to my credit card and rebuttal the product. The price was good but they tell you when it seems too good to be true that's because it is too good to be true.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with SupplementSource.ca. I placed an order on December 6, 2024, which was charged to my credit card, but the package never arrived. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was told that an investigation with the courier (UPS) would take 10 business days. Meanwhile, they refused to process a refund, leaving me in a cashflow bind.
This is not how reputable businesses handle missing deliveries. Other companies, like Amazon, refund promptly and resolve courier issues internally. I chose to support a smaller business, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service have made me regret my decision.
I cannot recommend SupplementSource.ca and advise others to consider more reliable alternatives.

They would not pay for a better shipping method and make you pay for extra no matter how big is your purchase. Usually selling expired products with discounts is their business model. You can find those products inside the trash bin of any grocery store and you do not need to pay over 100 for free shipping to your neighbour's door.

**Terrible Experience - Poor Product and Customer Service**
I recently purchased Allmax EAA from Suppliment Source, and Iâm extremely disappointed with the entire experience. First of all, the product was of very low qualityâfar from what was advertised.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service for help, they were dismissive and unhelpful. I asked for a refund or replacement, but they kept giving me the runaround, making the whole process frustrating and exhausting.
Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences Iâve ever had. I wouldnât recommend this company or its products to anyone. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I thought this was a good company. Prices seem reasonable. However customer service is awful. My package was undeliverable for some reason and I was told to sort it out myself with Canada post. No refund no replacement offered. Thatâs brutal! Just lost a customer and referrals to all of my clients.

Poor packing, and poor customer service
Our experience was terrible. We were on month 3 of ordering their products when we received a shipment with a few very damaged items. The one product opened and exploded over everything in the box, and one box and bar wrapping were opened. Took pictures and emailed the company immediately. Julie emailed us back with a video of someone packaging the product (appears this is their MO. I find it odd they make a Youtube video of a person packaging a box but I guess that is how they feel they protect themselves) and said that as we could see the box was fine when it was packed. What I saw in the video was proof there was no protection inside the box during the packaging processes on the bottom or sides of the box, which would make it very easy for items to be damaged. When I called to speak with Julie, Sandy, the Office Manager, refused to put me through. Sandy said they "do not take any responsibility and they have many happy customers, like the one she just got off the phone with" so basically this was my fault. Sandy said she saw the photo of the open protein bar box and it was closed when they packaged it, so I was lying about that. Yes, she called me a liar. She then compared her company to Amazon and when I asked her about Amazons refund policy she said they refund for everything.. I asked if that was their company model and she said no. It was a confusing conversation and went in circles. After Sandy explained that their company takes 0 responsibility I told her I will send everything back. She said I could but she would not refund and I would have to pay for shipping. I then read her the refund policy as stated on the website and Sandy said she was not familiar with their refund policy and hung up on me. All this because a $40.00 container of greens exploded due to their bad packaging.
